The Pentagon announced new rules last week easing the ban on women serving in combat. While conservatives like Rick Santorum are a little uneasy with the news, the announcement only formalizes military practices that were already taking place.

For Trotta, the issue is having “women once more, the feminist, going, wanting to be warriors and victims at the same time.” She cited a recent Pentagon report that violent sex crimes in the military have increased over the last 6 years and said women should “expect” it, decrying more levels of bureaucracy to support women who have been “raped too much“:

I think they have actually discovered there is a difference between men and women. And the sexual abuse report says that there has been, since 2006, a 64% increase in violent sexual assaults. Now, what did they expect? These people are in close contact, the whole airing of this issue has never been done by Congress, it’s strictly been a question of pressure from the feminist.

And the feminists have also directed them, really, to spend a lot of money. They have sexual counselors all over the place, victims’ advocates, sexual response coordinators. … So, you have this whole bureaucracy upon bureaucracy being built up with all kinds of levels of people to support women in the military who are now being raped too much.

To his credit, Fox host Eric Shawn tried to talk Trotta down a bit. “You certainly want the people fighting the war to be protected from anything that could be illegal,” he said. But Trotta wouldn’t have it. “Nice try Eric,” she said, “This whole question of women in the military has not been aired properly, and it’s the great sleeping giant.” Watch the clip via Media Matters:

Just to clarify, Trotta complained about government supporting women who have been “raped too much,” a statement seeming to imply that there is an acceptable amount of rape one can or should endure in order to prevent more layers of bureaucracy from swooping in to help out.

Peruvian researchers are puzzled on Friday over an oddly formed mummy found recently in the Cuzco region, the heart of Incan civilization.

Hungary has taken a bold stand against biotech giant Monsanto and genetic modification by destroying 1000 acres of maize found to have been grown with genetically modified seeds, according to Hungary deputy state secretary of the Ministry of Rural Development Lajos Bognar. Unlike many European Union countries, Hungary is a nation where genetically modified (GM) seeds are banned. In a similar stance against GM ingredients, Peru has also passed a 10 year ban on GM foods.

The GMO maize has been ploughed under, said Lajos Bognar, but pollen has not spread from the maize, he added.

The free movement of goods within the EU means that authorities will not investigate how the seeds arrived in Hungary, but they will check where the goods can be found, Bognar said. Regional public radio reported that the two biggest international seed producing companies are affected in the matter and GMO seeds could have been sown on up to the thousands of hectares in the country. Most of the local farmers have complained since they just discovered they were using GMO seeds.

With season already under way, it is too late to sow new seeds, so this year’s harvest has been lost.

And to make things even worse for the farmers, the company that distributed the seeds in Baranya county is under liquidation. Therefore, if any compensation is paid by the international seed producers, the money will be paid primarily to that company’s creditors, rather than the farmers.

The Triads is a collective term for the secret societies and criminal groups that originated in 18th century China with the aim to bring down the Qing dynasty.

For over a century the Illuminati waged war against the Qing dynasty. The Triads were their vehicle for subversion and revolution, in a similar fashion to Freemasonry in Western revolutions.

For instance, during the opium wars, the Triads helped bring the drug into China. The revolutionary Nationalist Government that toppled the Qing dynasty in 1912 was a coalition of triad groups. Sun Yat-sen, the man who led the nationalist coalition that toppled the Qing in 1912, was a Triad member and was trained and armed in British Hong Kong. Chiang Kai-shek was also a Triad member.

When the Communists achieved dominance in 1949 they kicked the Triads out of the country. They fled mainly to Hong Kong and Taiwan to re-build. Chiang Kai-shek continued to publicly receive US funding.

Today the Triads are best known as the world's largest criminal entity, involved in drug trafficking, prostitution, money laundering etc. They exist in any country with a large Chinese population, notably in Canada, Britain, USA and Australia.

Former Canadian diplomat Brian McAdam said: "Within each Chinese community, there's usually a strong Triad presence controlling and extorting money from the businesses, and if there's drugs, they're bringing them in."

Of the Triads enormous global reach Fritz Springmeier has written:

'The Triads are the most powerful criminal fraternal group in the world, except for the Illuminati and the families that make up the Illuminati's Committee of 300. The Mafia Is small peanuts compared to the Triads. The Triads are almost untouchable by any law enforcement group. For instance, in Great Britain the British do not have hardly any ethnic Chinese on their police force to even try infiltrating the Triads.'

A key source of this power is that they partner the Far East Lodges of Freemasonry in running the Asian drugs trade, notably the production of heroin in the 'golden triangle' in South East Asia, second only to Afghanistan. Drug trafficking is very important to the Illuminati because it funds black budget programs.

The most powerful Triads in Hong Kong have their own territories, headquarters, sub-societies and public fronts. They are allied with the tycoons. The tycoon's own Hong Kong and the triads run it. 從2012年2月初到現在的一周多時間裡，全中國的焦點話題無異於“王立軍事件”。到今天為止（2012年2月11日），綜合該事件中的所有信息，其中相對準確和確鑿的信息是：

然而，以上確鑿的官方消息卻被國內國外的自由派反共勢力（即反對共產主義理想、反對黨的領導、反對社會主義制度、主張自由主義普世價值的勢力）所利用和綁架，他們首先在海外散播大量捕風捉影、子虛烏有的信息和評論，然後通過國內的論壇、微博進行廣泛傳播，將“王立軍事件”操作成了一場抹黑重慶經驗、狙殺中國體制內健康力量的信息輿論戰。

然而，縱觀整個戰鬥，筆者感覺，國內外的反共勢力其良知、智商、水平都是極端低劣的，其唯一的優勢是控制了部分中國政治權力，其中最重要的是，他們某種程度上，掌握了中國互聯網管理的主導權和中國輿論的主導權。但是在互聯網時代，這些自由派反共勢力必然是搬起石頭砸自己的腳，也許“王立軍事件”，正是其徹底滅亡前的最後狂歡。

二、自由派反共勢力的若干可笑之處

1、為了抹黑重慶經驗，高層內鬼接近暴露雷區
這場信息輿論戰的開場便精彩絕倫。

早在2月2日下午重慶官方公佈“王立軍同志不再兼任市公安局局長、黨委書記”之前，境外某長期反華反共的網站2月2日上午搶在重慶官方之前首次公佈一個石破天驚的重大消息，稱其“剛得到確切消息，重慶市公安局長、副市長王立軍因腐敗、刑訊逼供被免去公安局長的職務，中紀委已經立案調查。據悉，王立軍的腐敗從遼寧就開始，而刑訊逼供多和重慶任期有關。” [1]

至此，重慶官方2月2日下午的消息公佈完全成了為境外反共網站的背書行為。但顯然這一責任不在重慶方面。現在無法確定境外反共網站消息的真假，如果此消息是真的，那麼可以證明，體制內高層有反共勢力的內鬼：第一，這些內鬼把中紀委調查王立軍這樣絕密、重大的消息首次洩露給境外反共網站。第二，這些內鬼還知道重慶官方將在2月2日下午公佈王立軍卸任公安局長的消息，因此他們搶在重慶官方發布信息之前，2日上午便將消息洩露給境外反共網站，讓重慶官方為其背書，發起了一場信息輿論戰。

假如實施真如上述情況，該內鬼不僅知道中紀委調查王立軍的情況，而且知道重慶官方的詳細動態。這樣，查找這些內鬼也就更加容易，其範圍是相對有限的。體制內的自由派反共勢力為了抹黑重慶經驗，竟然飢不擇食、孤注一擲地勾結境外敵對勢力，極有可能把自己暴露。顯而易見，這些內鬼的級別很可能不低於王立軍，與所謂的捕風捉影的“到美國大使館申請政治避難”的行為相比，這更加是通敵叛國的罪行。相信如果黨中央抓住機會徹查洩密事件，高層內鬼漢奸必然現身。

境外眾多反共勢力的網站以製造中國政治謠言為主要業務，原來他們散播的消息往往是添油加醋、捕風捉影地東西，或者是事後的惡意曲解和評論，最多也就是“三分真實七分瞎編”。而此次境外反共網站竟然搶在重慶官方前面準確地公佈重大而敏感的人事變動信息，而且還有中紀委調查之類的絕頂內幕。這顯然是一次嚴重的洩密事件。

為了構陷王立軍、抹黑重慶經驗，體制內的高層內鬼不惜暴露自己赤裸裸地與境外敵對勢力勾結，這是自由派反共勢力發動的這樣信息輿論戰的第一個可笑之處。

2、用所謂遼寧的“腐敗”去抹黑重慶經驗，是搬起石頭砸自己的腳
此次“信息輿論戰”的另一個可笑之處是，國內外反共勢力迅速製造輿論，利用王立軍的職務調整大做文章，稱“王立軍在遼寧時期有腐敗行為”、“王立軍重慶打黑有刑訊逼供”，因此要徹底否定以“唱紅打黑”、“改善民生”、“共同富裕”等為內涵的重慶經驗，並直指國家政局，稱薄熙來不適合擔任重要領導職務。

製造這種輿論，完全彰顯了自由派反共勢力們擁有豬一般的頭腦。縱覽境內、境外的所有反共、反重慶經驗的媒體，都無法提出任何王立軍重慶期間重大腐敗問題的確鑿證據和明確事實，他們連造謠也沒造出來。這恰好就證明體制內外的自由派反共勢力並不掌握王立軍腐敗的事實和證據，頂多拿到所謂遼寧時期的一點捕風捉影的東西，因此連造謠也造得模模糊糊。

顯而易見的是，到目前為止，王立軍僅僅是不再擔任公安局長，還在擔任副市長，也就是說對手並沒有其腐敗的鐵證，否則直接雙規了，也就沒有後來進入美國成都領事館的事件。這樣，到今天為止，我們可以肯定的是王立軍在重慶時期是絕對清廉的，因為反共勢力連謠言也沒造出來。至於王在遼寧時期是否是絕對清廉，是否一點把柄也沒有，我們很難確定，因為這樣的官員，幾乎沒有了。

但是毫無疑問，薄熙來們是全民公認的體制內比較清廉的官員，因此他們才敢於在強大的對手虎視眈眈情況下鐵腕掃黑、反腐、唱紅。重慶的掃黑反腐行動，是改革開放以來進行的唯一的徹底的反腐掃黑行動。薄熙來和王立軍們也因此必然會徹底得罪了黨內強大的腐敗官員勢力和自由派反共官員勢力。如果他們自己有重大腐敗行為，這麼做等於自尋死路。

眾所周知，今天中國官場的弊病是：因為很多官員都自身存在重大的把柄，因此他們才像前蘇聯解體前的精英那樣結成了勢力龐大的腐敗共同體，這個集團中的任何人都沒有徹底反腐的決心。但他們日益感覺到共產黨意識形態和體制對他們的約束和威脅，也就是薄熙來這些人對他們的威脅。更重要的原因是，這些腐敗官員的老婆孩子幾乎都是中國新生的暴富的資本家階層，而這個階層的利益和共產黨的意識形態完全是對立的。因此這些腐敗分子只有徹底瓦解共產黨體制，他們才能維護自己的腐敗利益，並且像蘇聯解體前的那些黨內精英一樣，在蘇聯解體後搖身一變成為資本寡頭。因此這個腐敗共同體必然信仰自由主義和普世價值，仇恨毛澤東和共產黨的意識形態。這個腐敗共同體，就是體制內的自由派反共勢力。其實那些體制內的自由派高官，其老婆兒子已經是中國當前最大的資本寡頭了，或者是為跨國資本服務的最大買辦了。

人民大眾從重慶唱紅打黑中得出的結論是：我們無法保證薄熙來們是毛澤東、周恩來那樣的偉大的導師和領袖，但是我們知道的是，他們是當前中國體制內最清廉、最值得信賴的官員。除非國內外反共勢力能夠證明重慶打掉的那些黑社會和腐敗分子都是冤枉的，文強也是冤枉的。

當前體制內的自由派反共勢力僅憑所謂王立軍在遼寧的腐敗行為就要徹底否定重慶經驗，這完全是搬起石頭砸自己的腳。即便是王立軍在遼寧時期存在問題，怎能否定薄熙來在重慶的打黑實踐？假如王立軍早期對自己要求不嚴，後來去重慶在薄熙來任下成為兩袖清風的打黑英雄，這不正是重慶經驗的光彩嗎？

而且，假如王立軍遼寧期間真有問題，其嚴重性能超過文強？文強後來腐敗了是否就能將其早年抓捕張君的功勞一筆勾銷？自由派反共勢力借王立軍的事否定整個重慶經驗，那麼文強在重慶期間腐敗不堪，是否能夠證明汪洋在重慶及隨後在廣東的所有實踐就徹底錯了，汪洋也無法擔任高層領導？……

更何況，直到今天為止，關於王立軍在遼寧的腐敗行為，連境外反共網站上都只是些捕風捉影地材料，而王立軍在重慶的腐敗行為，反共勢力基本上連個謠言也造不出來。而文強的腐敗行為、重慶當年黑社會的氾濫，都是鐵一般的事實。

反共勢力想要依靠自己造的那點謠言抹黑重慶經驗，只能是搬起石頭砸自己的腳。

3、反共勢力用所謂“刑訊逼供”問題去抹黑重慶經驗，貽笑全人類
攻擊重慶打黑存在“刑訊逼供”，是近幾年國內外反共勢力為抹黑重慶經驗找到的唯一突破口。這些，是江平、賀衛方、陳有西、李莊等“自由派反共勢力政法系方面軍”的長項。

其實連境外反共媒體的網站自己都承認：“刑訊逼供在中國司法領域本來是普遍現象，不應導致警方領導人受到處分”、“ 因為刑訊逼供不是一個局部的問題，而是一個整體的問題。 ” [2]更何況，連江平、賀衛方、陳有西、李莊等中國律師“夢之隊”所找的的證據，也僅僅是幾個最大惡極的黑社會頭子遭受了刑訊逼供，他們無法證明重慶警方對其他老百姓也濫用刑訊逼供、更無法證明全國祇有重慶存在刑訊逼供，而眾所周知，廣東恰恰是警察對無辜民眾濫用警力的重災區。

從理論和現實實踐上說，對像黑社會頭子之類罪大惡極的犯罪分子及那些犯罪的資本權貴，如果完全按照江平、賀衛方們所稱羨的美式“程序正義”，其結果只能是讓這些請得起著名律師的黑社會頭子逍遙法外。美國歷史上的經典的辛普森案是最好的例子：1995年的辛普森殺妻案和2008年的辛普森搶劫案，完全將江平賀衛方們主張的美式程序正義的骯髒本質暴露給了世人。這兩個案件中關於辛普森的犯罪證據，都可以說是鐵證如山。但是1995年，辛普森是美國頂尖運動員，大富翁，他花重金聘請了美國的幾個頂級律師，組成“夢幻律師團”的豪華陣容——正是由於這個關鍵的原因，辛普森在殺妻案中無罪開釋。13年後，辛普森已經成為欠下巨債的窮光蛋，再也沒錢請頂尖律師為之辯護了，因此他這次鋃鐺入獄，被判33年。[3]十分明顯的是，假如13年前辛普森不是大富翁而是普通人，他肯定難逃法律的懲罰。假如13年後辛普森像小布什集團一樣有勢力，能夠聘請美國權威、頂尖律師和法學家為之辯護，找到警方的證據及操作程序中的種種不規範，美國法律仍然會像13年前那樣無法對他定罪。辛普森的經歷充分證明，有錢人在美國完全可以凌駕於法律之上，美國的法律就是大資本家統治人民的工具。

再來看看美國是如何對付黑社會頭子的。卡羅·甘必諾在1950-80年間是美國最著名的黑幫領袖，此人正是電影《教父》的原型，雖然他被起訴多次，但由於受到一些黑心法學家和黑心律師的幫助，用所謂“程序正義”捆住了相關機關的手腳（正如今天中國為為黑社會及資本寡頭服務的黑官僚江平、黑學者賀衛方和黑律師李莊所做的那樣），結果這個黑社會頭子從未被定罪。

甘必諾家族的第三代教父約翰·高蒂連續曾經3次被美國政府起訴，但3次都被無罪釋放了。美國前司法部長痛苦地承認高蒂接二連三的勝訴是執法部門的恥辱。結果，美國全國人民幾乎都知道約翰·高蒂是黑社會頭子但卻一直逍遙法外，他還成為紐約大富翁和頭面人物之一。“高蒂”這個詞成為黑手黨向政府宣戰的代名詞，媒體甚至稱高蒂為“紐約市的形象代言人”。直到1992年，聯邦調查局不得不使用非常手段來平息眾怒，特工們逮捕了高蒂的副手外號“公牛沙米”的格拉維諾。FBI先放出風聲說沙米準備與政府合作，接著散佈高蒂要除掉沙米的謠言，最後唆使一名死刑犯在獄中襲擊沙米，挑撥沙米與高蒂的關係，最終使沙米決心充當污點證人。高蒂終於被判終身監禁。[4] ——看來，即便是在美國，也不是嚴格遵循江平、賀衛方、李莊們所言的美式“程序正義”的國度。如果FBI不使用破壞所謂“程序正義”的非常手段，恐怕高蒂至今已經進入美國政界甚至當上美國總統了。

江平、賀衛方、李莊們及他們在體制內的安插的高官們，竟然試圖拿所謂王立軍對幾個黑社會頭子刑訊逼供的傳聞來給重慶治罪，如此不懂什麼叫民主法治、如此不懂掃黑工作的特殊性、如此不了解中國的特殊階段的國情，可謂是將中國人的臉丟到了美國。

在所謂“王立軍事件”中，境內外的反共勢力，尤其是體制內的自由派反共高官想以“刑訊逼供”問題構陷王立軍、抹黑重慶經驗，完全是一種喪心病狂的無恥行徑，其必然最終遭受人民和歷史的懲罰，，必然遭受全人類的唾棄。當然，如果他們能夠用鐵的事實證明重慶打掉的不是黑社會頭子、重慶當年在汪洋治下沒有黑社會，而文強是清官，那麼就是另外一回事。

4、高潮與疑雲：王立軍在成都領事館
這次“信息輿論戰”，其高潮部分無疑是在2月8日9日這兩天。現在全國的老百姓都在疑問：王立軍在成都領事館做了什麼、談了什麼。

境外反共勢力的網站無一例外地散播謠言是說王立軍是在尋求政治避難。而國內互聯網上另一種善意聲音指出王立軍是在履行自己的正常職責，並且和最近又大鬧分裂的藏獨勢力有關。真相究竟是哪一個，我們暫且無法確認。

假如王立軍真的是在尋求政治避難，這也無法抹黑重慶模式。綜合重慶唱紅打黑的全部信息，薄熙來無疑是重慶經驗的具體策劃者、指揮者、主導者，而王立軍只是重慶打黑這個環節的具體執行者。王立軍去重慶之前是一個典型的技術型官員，他很早就獲得“中國十大傑出民警”、“全國公安戰線一級英雄模範”等崇高榮譽，薄熙來正是看在這一點，才將其調去重慶。用所謂遼寧時期的腐敗去抹黑王立軍，抹黑的恰恰不是重慶，而是抹黑的是公安部和整個中國。正如上文論證的，假如王立軍原來有腐敗去重慶後反而清廉了，這不正說明重慶經驗的可貴之處嗎？

至於王立軍在政治上有多麼成熟，能否應對異常強大的自由派反共勢力的圍剿，這就很難說了。正如王立軍所說，“業務上破案子基本沒有什麼盲區”、“政治上咱們不一定有多麼成熟，需要慢慢學習”。[5]

毫無疑問，王立軍入重慶這個特殊環境後，再也不能只是一個專業的公安干警和打黑鬥士，他必須了解政治和各種思潮、了解什麼是社會主義什麼是自由主義。觀察王立軍進入重慶後的言論，他顯然加強了自身的政治學習，但是作為一個專業是與犯罪分子做鬥爭的公安人員，其政治思想成熟到什麼程度是在是難以確定。比如他在北京郵電大學的學術報告中談到：“中國應該有一個不受政治影響、獨立決策的智庫，集約經濟、社會、政治、軍事、科技等各領域擁有獨到眼光的時代精英和智囊，組成中國自己的蘭德公司，像張五常、鄒恆甫、郎咸平、劉亞洲、張召忠、劉長樂、方濱興、李國傑、倪光南等，就是其中的代表人物。” [6]王立軍將中間派和極右派的學者認定為時代精英和智囊的代表人物，究竟是由於思想認識模糊還是他在故意釋放煙霧彈來保護自己，我們不得而知。

所以，假如王立軍真的是在黨內鬥爭激化情況下去美國成都領事館尋求政治避難，這頂多是一種政治不成熟的表現，事實上今天很大部分黨內官員都處於某種政治無意識狀態或者混沌狀態。那些一直試圖抹黑重慶經驗、試圖在中國推行新自由主義和普世價值的高層自由派官員，他們的官職級別比王立軍還要高，而這些人正是主動與美國中情局勾結和配合試圖肢解中國的內奸和內鬼，其性質顯然和王立軍的行為不是同一個層次。這些攻擊重慶經驗、構陷王立軍等人的自由派官員才是真正的通敵叛國者。正是這些人勾結境外反共網站，散播輿論說王立軍這個技術官員去美國成都領事館是去政治避難，並以此為根據要抹黑和否定重慶經驗，這不是滑天下之大稽嗎？

在2月7日-2月11日這幾天裡，中國互聯網的問題已經充分錶露出來。借王立軍進入美國成都領事館這一吸人眼球的奇異事件，境外反共勢力製造的相關蠱惑人心的信息和言論在中國境內的論壇和微博上暢通無阻地傳播。在很長一段時間裡，直接中傷薄熙來和重慶經驗試圖影響中國政局的消息和言論在國內微博、論壇上瘋狂轉載，互聯網管理方一直縱容這些信息的任意氾濫。

最後，仇恨重慶經驗的自由派精英們不得不頭一次大肆讚揚互聯網管理部門，他們為為王立軍事件中的互聯網管理叫好：“早在7日晚，的確有的帖子去了諾亞方舟，次日也有幾人就此抱怨，但顯然不是大面積的清理，在可接受的範圍內。而在8日和9日，王立軍事件的互動信息看起來非常暢通，即使是涉及重慶最高層官員的負面內容，也受到了寬待；外電的報導被以截屏和鏈接的方式快速傳播，台灣聯合報的內容在9日一度遇到阻攔，但到了10日凌晨兩點，又繼續暢通鳥，暢通的內容甚至包含對最高領導層的重要人事猜測。當然，也許這只是我個人電腦的個例，而且我的電腦可沒有翻牆設備喲。有趣的一個橋段是，有網友在轉了9日深夜關於王立軍等去京機票的信息後，自己都感慨——太凶悍了！機票信息我轉完後，自己就嚇住了。我相信，這寬鬆的互聯網管理不是某一個網站的管理員失職。據我觀察，各網的情形大體相似。” [7]

由此可知，中國的互聯網管理權，已經整體上被自由派反共勢力控制，他們甚至刻意暴露和廣泛傳播國安高層的身份信息，刻意危害國家安全。這次重大洩密事件如不徹底查處，中國危矣！

三、自由派反共勢力本質上色厲內荏，所以求諸於信息輿論戰

綜合以上信息我們可以分析出的情況是：

（1）、重慶經驗確實得到黨內高層的健康力量及人民大眾的鼎力支持，薄熙來很快會走上更加重要的崗位。因此體制內的自由派反共勢力（也就是貪腐集團）極端恐慌，這才有了2012年2月初的這場信息輿論戰。

（2）、他們集合所有的力量尋找並攻擊重慶的薄弱環節，但是他們掌握的重慶的把柄和由頭只是王立軍身上那些子虛烏有的問題，一個是所謂遼寧時期的腐敗，一個是所謂的刑訊逼供。這些反共敵對勢力是最善於製造謠言的，想想他們對中國領袖毛澤東及歷屆國家領導人所造的謠言是如何的蔚為大觀不計其數真假難辨吧。但是至今為止，他們對重慶、對薄熙來連個像樣的謠言也造不出來。人們即使拿他們給薄熙來、王立軍造得謠言跟自由派官員們的腐敗行為一對比就可發現，薄熙來們顯然是難得的清官呀。這個事件恰恰從反面說明重慶經驗不僅經得起歷史的、人民的檢驗，更像鐵桶一般讓強大的對手— 自由派反共貪腐集團—無法下嘴攻擊。

（3）體制內的自由派高管正因為沒有把握徹底抹黑重慶經驗，更沒把握阻止薄熙來在未來的中國政壇發揮更大作用，因此才打了這樣一場可笑的信息輿論戰。如果他們有把握拿到整倒薄熙來的證據，根本沒必要冒著通敵叛國的危險和境外敵對勢力合作，一起中傷抹黑重慶經驗。

他們的其目的正是通過這場精彩絕倫的信息輿論戰，搞亂人民大眾的思想，讓人民大眾誤認為共產黨內最健康的薄熙來們也是腐敗分子，因此重慶打黑是黑吃黑，共產黨是黑上黑，是徹底無藥可救的爛廟，必須推翻重建。他們抹黑了重慶經驗，那麼他們就可以給人民大眾洗腦和灌輸其意識形態：只有美國自由主義普世價值才能救中國。

其實只要有相當多的群眾相信了自由派反共勢力的這種抹黑，體制內的自由派高官便有了相當大的籌碼阻止薄熙來在未來的中國發揮更大的作用：比如其直接理由可以是“王立軍事件負面影響太大，國內國外輿論反感質疑重慶的作為”等等。這種效果真的達到，那麼在這場史無前例的信息輿論戰中，中國人民和中國共產黨，便徹底戰敗了。等待中國的，可能是前蘇聯的下場：亡黨亡國、四分五裂、人口大面積滅絕。

因此，自由派反共貪腐集團發起的這場信息輿論戰看起來氣勢洶洶，其實是色厲內荏。人民大眾已經徹底緩過神來，他們將拒絕再被自由派反共勢力誤導和欺騙，即使這場針對重慶經驗的信息心理戰取得暫時的成功，薄熙來被自由派反共貪腐勢力排擠出權力核心地帶，那麼，毫無疑問，伴隨著人民大眾的徹底覺醒，一場徹底粉碎自由派反共貪腐勢力的紅色運動將很快興起。而只有智商低下的自由派反共勢力的粉絲們，繼續在互聯網上裸奔……

王立軍事件——中國政治形勢逆轉的標誌性事件

最近幾天，圍繞王立軍事件，整個中國謠言滿天飛，包括涉及中國報導的所有國外媒體，焦點也都集中在有關王立軍事件各種五花八門的傳言上，其家喻戶曉和人人關注的程度，不亞於1976 年華國鋒用武力解決政治分歧公開之前那種狀況。

顯然，是有人需要這種謠言滿天飛的局面。無論美國國務院和中國外交部發布王立軍消息在時間和用語的一致性方面，是故意聯合還是偶然巧合，但是沸沸揚揚的各種謠言，卻已經達到了雙方發言人所希望達到的政治效果。特別是在十八大臨近和習近平副主席訪美前夕，發生這種政治事件和社會輿論，無論是對於妖魔化重慶模式，還是對於習近平訪美之前先行敲山震虎，無疑都具有一箭雙雕的作用。

所謂匹夫無罪，懷璧其罪。王立軍是什麼人並不重要，重要的是可以用他來妖魔化重慶模式，妖魔化紅二代，妖魔化中國的民生路線。王立軍事件本身只不過是一粒棋子，沒有王立軍事件，也會有李立軍事件，趙立軍事件，以及其它難以想像的阿貓阿狗事件，總之，必須要有妖魔化重慶模式、妖魔化紅二代的政治事件，並且從現在開始，類似事件會將越來越多大。這就叫階級鬥爭不以人的意志為轉移。從今年以來普世價值派一系列極端反常的講話中可以看出，比王立軍事件更加驚人的事件還在後頭。所以，目前人們普遍關心的王立軍進入美國領事館的原因已經不再重要，無論王立軍是履行公務的“誤入白虎堂”，還是罪行敗露後的畏罪叛逃，抑或是“精神高度緊張”導致的抑鬱症、精神病，以及其它人們做夢都想像不到的各種“事實真相”等，都已經無關宏旨，沒有任何實質意義，唯獨重要的是必須要有滿天飛的政治謠言，必須要有妖魔化的政治輿論，必須要有“不改革只能死路一條”的政治威懾作用，必須要有發動反革命政變的政治理由，所有這些都從王立軍這裡開始了，王立軍事件很可能只是當初“ 4.12 大屠殺”之前的“中山艦事件”，更大規模的血腥陰謀和白色恐怖還在後頭。

現在，人們應該明白所謂“不改革只能死路一條”的真正含義了。如果說鄧小平時代，“不改革只能死路一條”是針對整個國家而言，那麼現在，所謂“不改革只能死路一條”則是針對個人而言，任何人只要不改革就只能死路一條，而如果脫離改革搞什麼共同富裕，則更是死路一條。要讓“不改革就死路一條”具有全國性威懾作用，就必須找一個全國性家喻戶曉的人物用來祭刀，於是，與重慶模式聯繫在一起的王立軍，便成為用來殺雞嚇猴的政治祭品，成為新中國建立以來，美國國務院和中國外交部第一次聯合或者巧合製造的政治威懾標本。

此前，人們總是誤以為現在重提“不改革只能死路一條”，是在繼承鄧小平的改革意志，其實不是，而是在替美國警告中國人。因為美國的經濟危機需要中國的金融財富，美國大眾民主革命的政治危機需要中國的物質財富，美國無論如何都不能允許中國轉變發展方式，無論如何都不能容許中國脫離“中美國”。而與此同時，中國老百姓要求共同富裕的呼聲，要求停止向美國和歐洲輸送財富的呼聲，愈來愈響徹雲霄，迫使中國面臨兩種選擇：一是轉變發展方式，財富由國內人民共享；二是繼續改革開放的原有路線，絕大部分財富由美歐財團和國內富豪佔有。

對於第一個選擇，人們比較擔心的就是右派長期散佈的一種奇談怪論，即所謂實行共同富裕就會影響經濟增長，而重慶模式恰恰證明了共同富裕不僅不會妨礙經濟增長，相反，越是實行共同富裕，經濟增長速度就越快，重慶以全國增長速度第一、遠遠超過兩極分化的廣東的驚人成就，表明了共同富裕道路不僅應該走，也完全能夠走得通。這就意味著如果18 大薄熙來入常、習近平接班，整個中國而不僅僅是重慶，都將會轉變發展方式，走共同富裕道路，對外減少甚至停止對美國的財富輸送，對內由全國人民共同享有社會財富。如此一來，重慶一個地方的唱紅打黑，就有可能會變成全國規模的反腐肅貪，這也是以普世價值派為代表的中國貪腐勢力、買辦勢力和漢奸勢力，無論如何不能接受的。特別是按照目前既定的十八大邏輯走下去，今後習近平掌握軍隊，薄熙來掌握政法，99% 的人民大眾聚集在毛澤東的旗幟下，這三種力量合在一起，社會主義的複興和中華民族的崛起，將勢不可擋，無論是國內的賣國主義極右勢力還是國際的帝國主義霸權勢力，都將遭受滅頂之災。他們一定不甘心接受失敗的命運，一定會進行垂死掙扎，而垂死前的掙扎往往是最瘋狂的掙扎，這種最瘋狂的掙扎恰恰落在了當今中國人民頭上。

於是，鄧小平時代“不改革只能死路一條”的口號再次被抬了出來，只是含義與鄧小平時代已經完全不同，具有了多層新的含義。如果是站在美國的角度來看，是指中國如果不改革就只能死路一條，最近美國宣布把中國列為軍事打擊對象，把中國南海變成國際水域，突然開始收緊對中國的軍事包圍圈，就是在警告和威脅中國不能回頭；如果是站在普世價值派的角度來看，既是指不改革的人只能死路一條，也是指自身家族不改革也只能死路一條。重新提出“死路一條”的口號，決定了圍繞轉變發展方式的鬥爭，必然是你死我活的鬥爭；決定了賣國集團必然會採取各種非常規的極端手段，來打擊拒絕進行賣國改革的共產黨人；特別是當今中國紅色大潮的風起雲湧，紅二代接班的民心所向和眾望所歸，更加決定了賣國集團必然會採取採取包括宮廷政變在內的種種非常規手段，鎮壓紅色大潮和破壞紅二代接班。

回顧中國歷史就會發現，越是在革命進入高潮時期，就越是容易發生反革命政變，特別是在社會歷史轉變時期，最容易發生反革命政變。這已經成為中國歷史發展的一條基本規律。當初國民黨蔣介石的“ 4.12 政變”，就是在大革命進入高潮時期發動的；1976 年的武裝政變，也是在社會歷史的轉折關頭髮動的。而當今中國，既是紅色大潮風起雲湧的高潮時期，又是社會歷史轉變時期，更是容易發生各種形式的反革命政變，並且反革命政變的規模和形式，將會遠遠超出人們最大膽的想像。這是不以人們意志為轉移的客觀規律決定的。人們可以選擇全力迎戰，但是卻絕不可能加以避免。

其實，從宣布“紅二代接班是封建遺風”、“唱紅打黑是文革遺毒”那一刻起，就注定了中國政治生活必將再次進入類似1976 和1992 年那樣的非常規時代，特別是去年下半年以來，呼籲採用華國鋒1976 和鄧小平1992 年那種方式解決當今中國問題的呼聲一浪高過一浪，普世價值派操縱的各種右派集會和右翼媒體，紛紛放棄了一直用來攻擊重慶的所謂“程序民主”，甚至紛紛放棄了所謂自由民主的漂亮旗號，轉而歌頌武裝政變、暴力鎮壓以及宮廷陰謀等非常規手段，不僅買辦漢奸媒體如此，甚至普世價值派控制的官方媒體也是如此，北京一家著名黨報就以整版篇幅刊登了歌頌1976 年武力解決黨內分歧的長篇文章。

現在，這種非常規手段終於開始了。如果說1976 年採用非常規方式解決黨內分歧，主要依靠的軍方支持，那麼，現在想用非常規手段解決堅持社會主義道路的共產黨人，主要依靠的則是美方支持。試想一下，離開美國和普世價值派的共同聯手，有誰能夠安排美國國務院和中國外交部在相同時間內以相同的話語方式，為王立軍事件製造出如此巨大的謠言空間？有誰能夠指揮兩岸三地、藍綠兩黨同時圍攻愛國學者孔慶東，甚至迫使香港中聯辦主任發表談話，公開與港獨勢力站在一起？有誰能夠迫使中國官員和媒體站在美國立場上，發表一系列出賣中國南海的講話？有誰能夠在王立軍事件之前讓南方報系和美國之音就報導和採訪王立軍要倒霉的消息，而在王立軍事件謠言滿天飛的時候，又安排最喜歡造謠的南方報系和美國之音保持沉默，成為謠言大潮中唯獨保持沉默的媒體，南方系控制的原本最為熱鬧的凱迪網，竟然沒有一條有關王立軍事件的消息，彷彿什麼都沒有發生一樣，誰都知道，此時此刻作為漢奸媒體的南方系任何一個公開謠言，都是對薄熙來的最好開脫，所以龐大的南方系漢奸媒體才齊刷刷地一起噤聲，而只是藉用其他媒體暗中推波助瀾，試問誰才有能力指揮遍布全國的南方報系在如此重大事件面前保持沉默？不僅是南方報系，甚至連幾乎天天咒罵和妖魔化重慶模式的法律黨那些著名魁首，都極其反常地一言不發，幾乎中國所有極端右翼分子和右派大佬一夜之間全都變成了啞巴，在公開場合竟然看不到一個普世價值派的著名人物在活動。這種驚人的組織和操控能力，幾乎超過了共產黨對黨報和黨員的控製程度，在人類歷史上，除了共濟會之外，幾乎沒有任何力量能夠具有超越共產黨的這種組織和操控能力，而現在這種組織和操控能力就出現在我們眼前，你說中國已經被控製到了何等恐怖程度！

王立軍事件是一個標誌，標誌著中國極端右翼勢力再次採用法西斯和宮廷政變等極端手段解決政治問題的開始，標誌著中國將再次回到用政變、陰謀和謠言對付政敵的八十年代。所有關注中國時政的人都知道，中國底層老百姓最後一點兒希望在重慶，中國百分之九十九民眾最後一點兒希望在重慶，中國共產黨擺脫危機的唯一途徑在重慶，中國避免動盪和戰亂的最後希望在重慶，中國各種政治力量進行和平對話的成功希望在重慶，中國老百姓對共產黨回歸人民大眾的最後信心也在重慶。如果重慶模式再被否定被妖魔化，則意味著老百姓最後一點兒希望的徹底破滅，意味著老百姓對中國共產黨的徹底絕望，意味著中國和平轉型的道路徹底堵塞，意味著中國各種政治力量之間和平對話和協商的大門徹底關閉。各種政治力量之間剩下的唯一對話形式就是暴力，暴力鎮壓和暴力清算將會成為中國政治生活的不變主題，政變、謠言、陰謀、陷害、混戰、殺戮等，將成為中國社會的主要現象。絕望的人民不會再去捍衛共產黨，孤立的共產黨也不會再有任何力量，中國將在黨群徹底分離中陷入動盪，此時美國再插手進來，中國解體將很難避免。

本來，面臨內憂外患的中華民族，剛剛從重慶模式中看到一點兒和平轉型的希望，卻又在轉瞬之間希望破滅。歷史往往從人們最意想不到的地方發生轉折，1976 年毛主席逝世，任何人都不會想到表面忠厚老實的華國鋒會發動政變，當時被捕的毛主席親人，在此後三四年間都一直誤以為華主席也和他們一樣被關在監獄裡，只是多年後允許看報紙時才知道，原來是最信任的華主席把他們關進了監獄，江青也是在被捕的最後一刻，最信任的人仍然是華主席；1992 年經過大眾民主運動的衝擊，中國開始重新推行群眾路線，絕沒有人想到已經退休的鄧小平，會突然發動南巡事變，恢復封建王朝的垂簾聽政制度，以一介平民身份，點著當時總書記和總理的名，強迫他們率領全黨全國人民學習所謂“南巡講話”；2012 年，人們從各個方面在準備迎接即將到來的政治決戰，就是沒有想到鬥爭會從舉國皆知的重慶“打黑英雄”涉黑開始，從王立軍這位被認為是“左派”和被認為是“抗美”的官員投靠美國領事館開始。

王立軍在進入美國領事館之前，幹下的最驚天動地一件事，就是把全國反對轉基因的主將，以王立軍的名義邀請到重慶，聯合包括有軍方單位在內的數十家著名大學和科研機構，召開了一次名為研討、實為揭露美國轉基因危害的大會，大會對美國四大生物集團進入中國，把中國變成全世界種植轉基因主糧唯一國家的種種危害，進行了多方面揭露和控訴。雖然王立軍僅僅是開了一個會，既沒有採取任何實際行動，也沒有讓一個字見諸媒體，之後更是沒有了任何下文，很明顯，王立軍這個反轉大會是專門開給某些人看的。但是，王立軍敢於觸動國內買辦集團的最大代表，敢於觸動美國生物資本的最核心利益（這是連美國總統都不敢觸動的最核心利益），自然就被外界誤認為是“左派”和“抗美”官員。其實，王立軍既不是左派（他經常說自己不是左派也不喜歡左派，比較喜歡當今中國的右派），更不是毛派，包括這次反轉大會都把他認為屬於左派的人士排除在外，也就是說在政治思想上，王立軍並非是自覺地執行重慶的政治路線，更談不上什麼走社會主義道路。但是，由於“唱紅”和“打黑”聯繫在一起，反轉和抗美聯繫在一起，加之重慶又是當今中國紅色大潮的中心，這就把王立軍和左派、抗美、愛國主義、社會主義、重慶模式等概念，死死地捆在了一起。這就決定了只要抓住王立軍，就可以否定薄熙來，否定重慶模式，否定民生路線。而王立軍之所以能夠成為突破口，恰恰就在於王立軍不是左派和毛派，不是堅持社會主義的共產黨人，如果是的話，則在任何情況下都絕不會投靠美國領事館。可見，王立軍純粹只是一個政治符號，只是一個借題發揮的工具，借王立軍事件大做文章的目的，是要妖魔化薄熙來和重慶模式，是要徹底否定民生路線，是要完全堵死共產黨擺脫危機的出路。毛派共產黨人和愛國進步力量對極端右翼勢力的反擊，並不是在維護王立軍，而是在維護重慶的民生路線，維護重慶的社會主義探索，維護中國和平轉型的政治選擇。無論王立軍是好是壞，都不會改變所有愛國進步力量對重慶民生路線的堅決支持。

如果重慶模式失敗了，中國人民也就不會再等待了。

中國普世價值派在用王立軍事件妖魔化重慶模式的同時，另外一個重大作用，就是掩蓋美國逼迫中國割讓南海以及中國向歐洲輸送財富的重大事件。今年1 月份美國總統奧巴馬明確宣布，美國海軍一定要把霍爾木茲海峽和中國南海變成國際水域，如果伊朗和中國膽敢反抗，就集中全部資源加以消滅。作為中國人我們一定要知道，中國南海還不像霍爾木茲海峽那樣，屬於兩國共有海域，而是如同長江黃河一樣，完全是中國的領海領土。如今美國宣布要用武力把中國南海割讓出去，變成國際水域，中國方面不僅沒有任何反抗，有人反倒以各種方式默認了美國的割讓要求。中國東海和釣魚島，中國外交部更是採用發言人口頭聲明的方式，心照不宣地接受了日本的控制和占領。東海和南海都是大清王朝在滅亡前夕收回的領海領土，連台灣領導人馬英九都敢於宣稱為保衛釣魚島不惜一戰，可是當今中國卻眼睜睜地看著日本一步一步地把中國釣魚島和東海併入日本領土。20 世紀八十年代之前，全世界所有國家的地圖幾乎都承認南海是中國的領海領土，可是，在中國普世價值派把南海稱為不合理的“封建遺產”，聲言“要準備向其他國家讓步”的情況下，越來越多國家的地圖先後把南海劃出了中國，周邊國家更是紛紛出手，搶奪中國南海領土和資源。大清王朝得來的東海南海，毛澤東時代西沙保衛戰保住的南海，就要在這一代人手中，採用零刀割肉不覺疼的方式，不知不覺地丟掉。東海南海是中華民族的生命所在，東海南海一失，中華民族必死無疑。如此天大事情，遠遠超過當年引發“五四運動”的割讓山東半島，而如今國人卻沒有任何動靜，輿論全部集中到了王立軍事件上。

用王立軍事件掩蓋的另一件大事，就是中國幫助歐洲解決歐債危機，有人在“救美國就是救中國”之後，再次提出了“幫歐洲就是幫自己”的恐怖口號。所有國人都清楚記得，2008 年美國發生金融危機，中國突然出現了“救美國就是救中國”的口號，為救美國出手便投下4 萬億，這些錢通過通貨膨脹全部分攤到了中國老百姓頭上，結果是美國得救了，股價指數翻了一番，從6000 多點上漲到12000 多點，美國股民笑逐顏開；而中國老百姓卻十分悲慘，通貨膨脹拔地而起，副食品價格火箭般躥升，股價指數從6100 多點暴跌到1600 多點，9 千萬中國股民血流成河，美國金融危機的災難盡數轉嫁到中國老百姓頭上。現在，“救美國就是救中國”的災難還沒有結束，又有人提出了“幫歐洲就是幫自己”的恐怖口號。在經歷了“救美國就是救中國”的慘痛之後，中國老百姓很難再接受如此恐怖的口號，於是，便出現了王立軍事件，把整個中國的注意力，全部吸引到了王立軍事件上，如此一來，“幫歐洲就是幫自己”的財富大輸送，就可以安然無恙地順利進行了。

王立軍事件以及接下來將會出現的一系列政治事件，很有可能造成中國社會的大逆轉，繼1976 年之後再次形成大規模鎮壓左派的現象。王立軍事件就其本質來講，無疑是圍繞重慶模式而爆發的一場富人對窮人的戰爭，一場精英對民眾的戰爭，一場秦檜對岳飛的戰爭，儘管擁有強大國家資源、媒體資源和美國外援的精英階級會獲得暫時性勝利，但是，社會歷史發展的方向不會改變，席捲世界的大眾民主革命不可阻擋，鋪天蓋地的中國紅色大潮更是會愈阻愈奮、愈擋愈高，即使反動派有能力把今天的社會主義者全部殺光，只要還存在剝削和壓迫，社會主義復興運動就一定能夠死而復生！

全球十六位科學家聯合撰文質疑全球變暖說

　　16位科學家共同發表文章對二氧化碳導致全球變暖一說提出質疑。

　　以下這篇文章由文末所列的16位科學家共同署名：

　　如何應對“全球氣候變暖”或許是當代任何一個民主國家的政治候選人都必須考慮的問題。有這樣一種被人反復提及的說法：幾乎所有科學家都要求採取強有力的措施，阻止全球變暖。但政治候選人應該了解，這種說法是不符合實際情況的。事實上，許多著名科學家和工程師認為沒有必要為抑制全球變暖而大動干戈，而且持這種觀點的人數還在不斷增加。

　　去年9月份，諾貝爾獎得主、物理學家伊瓦爾·賈埃弗(Ivar Giaever)發表了一封公開信，宣布退出美國物理學會(American Physical Society)，賈埃弗在上次大選中是奧巴馬(Obama)總統的支持者。信的開頭這樣寫道：“我沒有延續（我的會員資格），因為（美國物理學會政策）聲明中的一些說法我不敢苟同。美國物理學會稱：‘無可辯駁的証據表明，全球變暖正在發生。如果不採取行動緩和這一趨勢，地球的物理和生態系統、社會體系、安全和人類健康可能會嚴重受損。我們必須從現在開始減少溫室氣體排放。’美國物理學會可以討論質子的質量是否會逐漸變化，也可以討論多重宇宙如何運行，但全球變暖的証據果真是無可辯駁的嗎？”

The F-BOMB introduces the idea of disposable surveillance as a guard against forensic evaluation and the ability to track the source of the drop. Creator, Brendan O'Connor, has received DARPA funding to implement a software package into his nearly non-traceable surveillance hardware as cheaply as possible with easy-to-obtain components.

The release was supported by a breathless Wolf Blitzer who seized upon the announcement to illustrate the new threat of being hacked from above. Brendan O'Connor has reduced the DIY cost of similar capabilities to no more than a few hundred dollars with his F-BOMB project.

O'Connor summarizes the value and capabilities of his new Sacrificial Computing for Land and Sky concept in the video that follows, highlighting that his surveillance tool can be planted manually, or dropped from specialized drone aircraft:

Similar to the creators of the home-made WASP hacking drone, O'Connor states that he is merely exposing the vulnerabilities of networks and their users.

Despite its name, O’Connor says the F-BOMB is designed to be a platform for all sorts of applications on its Linux operating system. Outfit it with temperature or humidity sensors, for instance, and it can be used for meteorological research or other innocent data-collecting. But install some Wifi-cracking software or add a $15 GPS module, and it can snoop on data networks or track a target’s location, O’Connor adds. As is often the case with these kinds of hacker projects, he says the devices are only intended for penetration testing–finding security flaws in clients’ networks in order to fix them–and wouldn’t comment on what DARPA might do with the technology (Source)

However, this rings false (or profoundly naive), as O'Connor also has received his funding from the very organization that is at the forefront of using taxpayer money to eradicate privacy around the world, including that of American citizens. As a result, the government already can:

Although O'Connor said that he wouldn't comment on what DARPA might do with the technology, his own business website Malice Afterthought indicates a solid working relationship with military intelligence:

Our principal, Brendan O'Connor, has taught at the US military's cybersecurity school as well as working for both VeriSign and Sun Microsystems in their security divisions; he has also worked for DARPA and startups as a combination engineer, dreamer, and mad scientist capable of making even the most challenging tasks into reality.

We should all know by now that we don't have to be technology experts to envision some rather dark applications that are no longer security challenges, but are part of an agenda to fundamentally alter our reality and perceived social contract within a supposedly free society. That reality has little to do with protecting citizens' data and privacy, and everything to do with covering the tracks of government's ubiquitous intrusion into our private lives, as well as ramping-up their violation of the Constitution by presuming guilt over innocence, and subjecting citizens to their mad science and mad dreams.

BRAY’S POINT, Ore. – They can’t be moved; even when yanked by a four-wheel drive truck pulling on heavy chains tied around these humming metal boxes that are still appearing as of Feb. 8 up and down West Coast beaches.

Meanwhile, the British government also photographed similar huge metal boxes on beaches in Sri Lanka in the late 1990’s and in early 2004 and 2005. The discovery of the boxes is detailed in updated previously classified reports from the British government that document sightings of unidentified flying objects by both the military and the general public dating back to the 1950s.

In turn, the metal boxes along Oregon, Washington State and Northern California beaches are now being photographed, documented and examined by local experts.
Also, due to recent storms out in the Pacific Ocean, the “boxes” are being more or less ignored; with passing comments in local coastal newspaper,” state Errol, a Bray’s Point local and a member of the Oregon UFO “watchers” group that gathers both here and at nearby Stonefield Beach to scan the sky for flying objects in much the same way bird lovers use binoculars for birth watching.

Errol notes that it’s always a sort of “communication breakdown” that always seems to go the same way; be it a UFO sighting or even something like “these humming metal boxes.”

However, Errol said it’s a good thing “when something like this becomes interesting to the Oregon State University Research Agenda.” For instance, Doctor Hanshumaker works for this OSU research enterprise at the nearby Hatfield Marine Science Center in Newport, Oregon. Whenever there’s some dead sea life – such as a beach whale or other something along the lines of massive dead sea birds – the experts at the Hatfield are called in to investigate.

When asked if he’s ever heard of anything like these huge metal boxes, with no opening or seam, Doctor Hanshumaker would not comment or speculate on the record. Instead, this marine science expert has for photos of the boxes and size and coloring details.

In turn, Doctor Hanshumaker would not speculate about various rumors regarding the boxes; but said that an alert has gone out and the boxes are being investigated. Of course, Huliq will continue to monitor this breaking story that has local coastal residents and visitors scratching their heads about the boxes.

An hour's drive from Corvallis, the Hatfield Marine Science Center in Newport is OSU's coastal campus for research and investigation of marine biological and geochemical aspects of tidal, estuarine, and near shore ocean environments. According to it's fact sheet, "research programs at HMSC advance scientific understanding of marine and coastal ecosystems, with an emphasis on collaboration across disciplinary and institutional affiliations of the more than 300 personnel onsite."

In turn, marine science experts are tasked by both the state and federal government to monitor the Oregon coastal beaches even more so today after the Japan earthquake last March that sent Tsunami waves racing across the Pacific Ocean that slammed into the West Coast causing destruction and creating a massive amount of debris that seems to be growing daily as beach trekkers find “all sorts of things” along the coast.

While these strange metal boxes have been examined for any lettering or symbols that they may be from last year’s earthquake in Japan, Errol and other Bray’s Point locals say “all we know is there’s been a lot of action in the sky as of late with UFO sightings that seem to be increasing. The boxes were found the day after several sightings and bright lights over Bray’s Point. The boxes have no identification at all.”

According to now de-classified once top secret UFO reports – that were under lock and key by the British government since the end of World War II – there’s good reason to keep the public in the dark when it comes to such things as UFO sightings, strange occurrences, first contact with aliens and more in detailed reports that point to senior British Ministry of Defense officials stating to the prime minister in now declassified memos that “if we said to you, Sir, that we have reason to believe the UFOs are real, than what would the British people think of us?”

As for this link between the Sri Lanka beach boxes and the ones now showing up in the surf up and down the West Coast – based on local media reports of “strange metal boxes” – the British Ministry of Defense photos of the Sri Lanka “boxes” are still marked “classified.”

However, there are detailed statements – that cover the period from 1997 to 2005 and include photographs, drawings and “descriptions of flying saucer sightings, as well as letters that the Ministry of Defense sent eyewitnesses in response to their accounts of the metal boxes.”

Of course, both local police here along the coast and back in the day when the Sri Lanka boxes were discovered, state that “they are probably from a container ship,” that theory doesn’t hold water since both the central Oregon coast and the coast of Sri Lanka are not accessible to container ships.

In one account – featured in the now released British government UFO documents -- a man said he believed he had been "abducted" by aliens in October 1998 after seeing an unidentified craft hover over his coastal home and finding that he had gained an hour of time in the process. The man went on to describe seeing “projectiles” all along the beach “that were here on day, and gone the next.”

However, the metal boxes that suddenly appeared along West Coast beaches – beginning Feb. 6 at nearby Stonefield Beach after local UFO “watchers” reported a weekend filled with what locals call intense UFO sightings.

“These metal looking boxes, that are about 20 inches in height and are a complete square of five foot by five foot are sunk deep in the surf” both here at Stonefield Beach – a popular Oregon coastal beach lookout for UFOs – and down the coast as far as we know “with yet more of these square metal containers that have no opening and are sealed all around,” explains Oregon UFO “watcher” Errol who lives nearby at Bray’s Point.

In turn, these boxes are “not moveable,” and they are solid and metallic and seem to have this keening wail coming from both the boxes and the atmosphere around them,” adds Errol who’s been called in to “see what’s up” by locals thinking it “has something to do with UFOs” quipped a local senior named Doris who said she heard “a miaowing wail come from the boxes Sunday evening.”

It’s as if an alarm went off, when a “high, shrill, piercing, frightening ring caught our attention Sunday evening,” explained Doris, a local senior whose retired and lives nearby Stonefield Beach. “I know crazy things happen over at Stonefield, but when you walk down and see that metal box sort of glowing in the surf it gets your attention real quick.”

At the same time, Doris said this area around Stonefield Beach is a very “quiet place,” where “nothing but seagulls and the Pacific Ocean waves to break the quiet.”

While these “metal boxes” buried up and down the Oregon coast are real to the touch and sight, a local professor of psychology – whose attempted to explain away the “strange goings on at both Bray’s Point and here at Stonefield Beach,” thinks the many “of these remote living residents who claim to see UFOs at night are simply not using the tool between their ears to figure this stuff out.”

In turn, this retired professor said in a Feb. 6 Huliq interview at Stonefield Beach that most locals and visitors here “looking for those UFOs” are more or less carrying their own “baggage or self-as-content,” with views and experiences that now seem to define them.

Doris added: “The doc is saying we’re all a bunch of nuts to believe in UFOs.”

Yet, the professor – who specialized in repressed memories when he taught at university and had his own private practice – noted that Doris and others are in a sort of “constant frame of reference when they converse with each other that UFOs have appeared.”

“I’ve seen this Stonefield Beach crowd carry on at meetings about UFOs being spotted in the sky, and I’m confident they believe these things to be true.”

However, the professor says there’s “good hard science that can probably explain away each and every claim they’ve made about UFOs and aliens about at Stonefield Beach and Bray’s Point. But, this perspective comes at a cost,” he asserted; while stating that “such beliefs in UFOs can lead them to label themselves, either positively or negatively, in very limiting ways.”

For example, the professor said “I don’t know if these metal boxes are something to worry about or not.”

And, he added, “I don’t know if Errol is an expert on UFOs. Just because people come to him with their stories of UFOs doesn’t make it real.”

"It does raise some questions about what really would happen if at any time in the future there was some kind of incident — would we be prepared?" said David Clarke, author of "The UFO Files" and consultant to the National Archives' UFO project.

When pressed for more details a few days later, on Feb. 8, UFO “watcher” Errol noted that “what may have been different with the recent sightings was a sort of bright golden and reddish aura with that keening wail sound that I talked about.”

However, the late afternoon before sunset at Bray’s Point Feb. 8 found only the roar of absolute silence. In turn, there was no same intense level of noise coming from two boxes on the Bray’s Point beach and others at the nearby Stonefield Beach.

Still, it’s interesting to point out that the British government UFO documents do point out that the “Sri Lanka metal boxes” – in a report dated January 2003 and sent to the Ministry of Defense with supporting “classified” photographs reveal even more mysterious happenings on that Sri Lanka beach after “repeated UFO sightings.”

"I noticed a partial aura in the sky, a minute or so later there was a clap of thunder, then a short while later a ring like a doughnut appeared," one Sri Lanka police official told the ministry, adding that he thought it was an "air burst."

In its reply, the ministry suggested that the officer contact the Sri Lankan government.

Lindberg and his underwater team of scientists are credited with finding and then recovering “sunken ships and cargo” using high-tech sonar; while “never expecting” to find what Lindberg claims “is a mysterious round object that might (or might not) be extraterrestrial.”

　　據香港《文匯報》援引外媒報道，美國黃石國家公園一座沉睡了64萬年的超級火山，於過去7年來以破紀錄速度隆起，恐怕會發生史上第4次爆發。若真的爆發，厚達30厘米的火山灰將籠罩1600平方公裡的區域，屆時美國將有2/3地區無法居住，航空交通癱瘓，數百萬計居民無家可歸，植物也可能消失殆盡。

　　小行星沖擊地球的可能不僅僅是電影中的情節，在現實生活中科學家們也在為此做准備。據英國《每日郵報》網站2月11日報道，美國科學家的最新研究証實了利用核武器擊碎小行星的可行性。

　　美國洛斯阿拉莫斯國家實驗室裡的科學家羅伯特·韋弗和他的團隊相信，小行星實際上是許多塊岩石由重力聚合在一起的，理論上可以用原子彈摧毀。為了驗証這一計劃的可行性，韋弗和同事們利用最先進的超級電腦Cielo進行了模擬。

..【明報專訊】一代流行樂天后雲妮侯斯頓（Whitney Houston）周六在洛杉磯比華利山希爾頓酒店4樓客房暴斃，終年48歲，死因待查，消息指現場未見毒品，但發現處方藥物。雲妮憑着強而有力的聲線，在1980、90年代紅遍全球，惜後來因濫藥吸毒毁了一把天籟歌喉，星途大起大跌與殞沒，跟終年50歲的流行樂天王米高積遜，雷同處甚多。

周六下午，雲妮的保鑣發現她在酒店房間裏昏迷不醒，3時43分救護人員奉召抵達，曾嘗試為她作心肺復蘇法搶救，最終在12分鐘後宣告她死亡，死因有待驗屍確定。警方表示無迹象顯示死因涉及犯罪活動。娛樂網站TMZ引述消息稱，雲妮懷疑是在浴缸溺斃，現場除了多瓶處方藥物，並無發現違禁藥物或毒品，也沒有雲妮在房中飲過酒的證據。初步懷疑她曾服用抗抑鬱一類藥物，之後在浴缸睡着，意外浸死。

Argentina has stepped up its sabre-rattling rhetoric over the Falkland Islands by accusing Britain of sending nuclear missiles to the South Atlantic.

The allegation was immediately rebuffed by a senior British diplomat, who also described claims by the Argentinians that military bases on the island could be used to launch attacks on South America as "absurd".

Hector Timerman, the Argentinian foreign minister, accused the British of sending the nuclear submarine into a nuclear-free zone and lodged a formal protest at the United Nations.

He said Britain was "militarising the region" after the Royal Navy sent one of its most advanced warship to the islands, and as Prince William enters the second week of his six-week tour of duty there as an RAF search and rescue pilot.

The Royal Navy has not confirmed the presence of any submarine near the Falklands, but was reported to have sent a Trafalgar-class vessel, which cannot carry nuclear weapons.

Mr Timerman, however, insisted that a Vanguard-class submarine, which carries Trident nuclear missiles, was operating in the region.

He produced maps and photographs to back up his claims, stating that the nuclear submarine posed a threat to regional security.

"Argentina has information that within the framework of the recent British deployment in the Malvinas Islands they sent a nuclear submarine ... to transport nuclear weapons to the South Atlantic," said Mr Timerman, at a press conference in New York.

"Thus far the UK refuses to say whether it is true or not. Are there nuclear weapons or are there not?

"The information Argentina has is that there are these nuclear weapons."

He said the deployment of nuclear arms in the region would violate the Treaty of Tlatelolco for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Latin America and the Caribbean, designed to create a nuclear-free zone in the region.

The inflammatory claim appeared to be part of an aggressive attempt by Buenos Aires to isolate Britain at the United Nations in advance of the thirtieth anniversary of the Argentinian invasion of the Falklands and their successful recapture by a British task force.

Mr Timerman displayed a map showing UK bases across the South Atlantic between South America and Africa, pointing out that the "Empire's capital" was 4,000 miles away.

He went on to show a series of photographs of what he claimed were state-of-the-art war ships, planes and a nuclear submarine he said was Vanguard, flagship of the Vanguard fleet which carries Britain's Trident nuclear deterrent.

He also produced aerial shots of military bases and two runways in the Falkland Islands. The foreign minister also claimed that the British defence budget had been cut in every area except the South Atlantic.

Mr Timerman said Britain was using an "unjustified defence of self-determination" to maintain a military base on the Falklands, which allowed it to dominate the Atlantic.

He criticised David Cameron for recently accusing Argentina of acting like “colonialists,” saying: "It is perhaps the last refuge of a declining power.

"It is the last ocean that is controlled by the United Kingdom – Britannia rules only the South Atlantic.

“Argentina cannot lose a territory because there is a group . that chooses to live a different fate. This population came after the invasion. This is not an indigenous population.

"The UK is using the unjust defence of self-determination for 2,500 inhabitants as an excuse to become a military base."

Quoting John Lennon, who he described as the great musician, poet singer, he urged the British Government to "give peace a chance."

But the claims were dismissed by the British ambassador to the United Nations at his own press conference in New York.

Sir Mark Lyall Grant said "We do not comment on the disposition of nuclear weapons, submarines."

"I don't know how he knows about submarines. I certainly don't know. The whole point of nuclear submarines is that they go all around the world and you don't know where they are. That's why they're a deterrent."

Sir Mark described the idea that the UK was "militarising" the situation "manifestly absurd".

"Before 1982 there was a minimal defence presence in the Falkland Islands," he said.

"It is only because Argentina illegally invaded the Falkland Islands in 1982 that since then we had to increase our defence posture.

"Nothing has changed in that defence posture in recent months or recent years."

Sir Mark said the UK had been in the Falklands since before Argentina existed, and the islanders were entitled to self-determination under the UN charter.

"We are responsible for the security of the Falkland Islands and we will defend that robustly,” he said.

“Nothing has changed in our defence posture in recent months or recent years.

“The only thing that appears to have changed is the politics in Argentina.”

Argentinian President Cristina Kirchner has ramped up her rhetoric over the Falklands in recent weeks and is preparing for a re-election campaign, leading to claims she is trying to exploit the issue for her own political gain.

The Argentinian accusations of nuclear force came despite a plea from Ban Ki-moon, the UN Secretary General, to both countries to avoid an “escalation".

Before meeting Mr Timerman, the UN secretary-general’s office issued a statement in which he "expressed the hope that the governments of Argentina and the United Kingdom will avoid an escalation of this dispute and resolve differences peacefully and through dialogue".

Britain insists that current military operations in the Falklands, including the presence of Prince William as part of an RAF search and rescue mission and the deployment of the Royal Navy destroyer Dauntless to the region, are "entirely routine".

Argentina has made much of Prince William’s presence on the islands, with one government official comparing him to a "conquistador".

Tensions over the Falklands – which Argentina refer to as Las Malvinas – have been further fuelled by the discovery of possible oilfields in its territorial waters.

And the debate became increasingly heated in recent days after Mrs Kirchner gave a speech in which she claimed that UK "militarism … implies a grave risk for international security …"

Sir Mark said: “It is not for Argentina and the UK to discuss the sovereignty of the Falkland Islands over the heads of the people who live there, some of whom have been there for over 200 years.”

The sensational prediction was allegedly made by Cardinal Paolo Romeo, the archbishop of Palermo in Sicily, on a recent visit to China.

Asked about the reported comments on Friday, however, Romeo said that the words attributed to him were "absolutely without basis."

Cardinal Romeo also named Benedict's XVI likely successor as Cardinal Angelo Scola, the archbishop of Milan – meaning the papacy would return to an Italian after the German Benedict and his Polish predecessor, John Paul II.

He allegedly told his contacts in China that Pope Benedict could not stand Tarcisio Bertone, his Secretary of State and the Vatican's second most senior figure, amid reports of bitter power struggles going on within the Holy See.

Experts said the release of the document could be part of a power struggle within the Vatican administration to try and force Bertone to leave.

Cardinal Romeo said Benedict viewed Cardinal Scola as his ideal successor because they had similar personalities and theological outlooks.

Cardinal Scola was previously the Patriarch of Venice, but was promoted to the archbishopric of Milan by Benedict in June last year.

The most recent attempt on a pope's life was in 1981 when John Paul II was shot and critically wounded in St Peter's Square by Mehmet Ali Agca, a Turkish gunman with links to a shadowy militant group called the Grey Wolves.

It has been claimed that the assassination attempt was backed by the KGB and Bulgarian secret service, in retaliation for the pope's support for the pro-democracy Solidarity movement in his native Poland and his opposition to Communism.

Vietnam is at a high risk of a large-scale outbreak of bird flu without drastic preventive measures in the near future, the country’s Department of Animal Health has warned.

　　新快報訊近日，俄羅斯科學家鑽透4000米厚的南極冰層，發現了2000萬年不見天日的沃斯托克湖——目前地球上最大的一個超純淨水系。更賺足人眼球的是，俄羅斯媒體還宣稱，沃斯托克湖附近可能是當年希特勒秘密檔案的埋藏地，而希特勒及其情婦愛娃的遺骸也可能安放於此。

　　水質比雙層淨化蒸餾水還干淨

　　據《每日郵報》報道，科學家認為，沃斯托克湖是目前地球上發現的最大的一個超純淨水系，並推測該湖含水量堪比安大略湖，約有5400立方千米，水質比經過雙層淨化的蒸餾水還要干淨許多。這些專家稱，如果這裡存在生命形式，那麼也是獨一無二的，因為它們的發展環境是與世隔絕的。俄羅斯所進行的探索項目受到了俄太空署和美國航空航天局的密切關注。

中廣網北京2月8日（記者徐龍）據中國之聲《晚高峰觀軍情》報導：亞太地區最大規模軍演2月7日正式在泰國拉開帷幕。這次代號為“2012年金色眼鏡蛇”的聯合軍事演習將持續到2月17日，美、泰等7個國家共派出1萬3千多人參加。

另外，澳大利亞、法國、英國、印度等10國受邀參與軍演策劃，中國、俄羅斯、阿聯酋等9國作為觀察員參加軍演。

那麼，7個主要參演國家暗藏哪些玄機，舉行如此大規模的軍演，美國和泰國到底想達到什麼目的？相關話題，記者採訪了軍事專家房兵。 7國軍演規模空前涉及海域敏感備受關注

2月7日，“金色眼鏡蛇”聯合軍演在泰國呵叻府正式啟動，來自美國、泰國等7個國家的1．3萬餘人參加軍演。

“金色眼鏡蛇”聯合軍演自1982年以來，每年舉行一次，今年是第31次軍演，美、日、韓、新、馬、泰、印尼7國派兵參演，是迄今亞太地區最大規模聯合軍演。那麼，這場演習在參與兵力和演習內容方面有哪些值得關注？

房兵認為，參演兵力方面，美國和泰國是主要軍事力量，參演兵力達到1萬2千多人。美軍主要出動兩棲作戰兵力，動用兩條大型船塢登陸艦，海軍陸戰隊常用CH46運輸直升機，以及以陸戰三師為核心的海軍陸戰隊第三遠征軍。

第三遠征軍實際上是以一個陸戰師，一個陸戰航空兵大隊，再加上一個支援勤務保障大隊，組成的一個混編兩棲兵力。此外，參加兵力比較多的還有韓國。韓國派出了一條2600噸級的大型登陸艦，以及幾百名海軍陸戰隊員。

從這些國家的參演兵力以及裝備來看，這次演練的主要區域應該是在泰國沿海地區。

演習內容方面，除了官方介紹的反恐、人道主義救援等之外， 7國應該將會以兩棲作戰兵力為主要力量，進行實彈、實戰兩棲攻防演習。

從演習區域來看，泰國沿海地區只有兩個方向，一個是泰國東南部的泰國灣，可以直通南中國海。另一個就是泰國西部和南部的安達曼海，可以到達馬六甲海峽。

所以，從這次演習的地域、兵力和演習內容，與敏感海域聯繫到一起，非常值得外界關注。

美泰軍事關係日益強化因其地處戰略要地

31年來，美泰兩國一直是“金色眼鏡蛇”軍演的發起國和主要參演國。那麼，是什麼原因使得美國和泰國軍事關係如此密切？

房兵認為，從歷史的角度來看，美國跟泰國的軍事關係，一直非常密切。二戰結束至今，在東南亞地區，泰國始終一以貫之的跟著美國走。包括美國進行的15年越南戰爭期間，泰國境內一直為美國提供了穩定的、如同前方軍事基地的後勤保障支援。

所以，金色眼鏡蛇為什麼從1982年到現在，能夠持續31年，與歷史傳統是有關係的。

另外，美國看中泰國等國家，除了歷史原因之外，和泰國的地理位置也有密切聯繫。

泰國在東南亞地區，雖然不直接扼守很多要沖地帶，但是處於一個四通八達的地理位置。泰國向東，經過老撾、柬埔寨和越南，就是南中國海。南中國海的敏感程度，美國和西太平洋地區的國家都非常清楚。泰國向南，經過泰國灣直接就可以南下馬六甲海峽。泰國跟馬來半島上的馬來西亞，和新加坡聯繫起來，構成了馬六甲海峽的北半部土地，泰國對馬六甲海峽來講，也非常重要。向西，泰國跟緬甸有很長的邊境線。

緬甸目前跟西方的關係，正處在一個即將發生重大變化的過程之中。所以，泰國無論向東、向南、向西，都處於一個四通八達的戰略要地。從這個角度來講，美泰軍事關係將不斷強化。

　聯演劍指馬六甲美掌握全球海上咽喉意圖明顯
“金色眼鏡蛇”從最初的美泰雙邊演習，發展到現在的7國多邊聯合軍演，參與國家越來越多，美國和泰國到底有什麼目的？

房兵認為，從參演國家數量來講，這次演習是亞太地區迄今為止規模最大的一次。參演國家可以分成三個層次。首先最核心一層，就是直接參演的7個國家，除了美國和泰國這兩個最初的雙邊國家之外，還有五個國家，分別是日本、韓國、新加坡、印度尼西亞和馬來西亞。

其次，還有10個國家，包括英國、法國、印度、孟加拉國、澳大利亞、加拿大等10個國家，主要參與軍演的策劃，包括前期準備工作。

最後，還有最外邊一圈，就是中國、俄羅斯、緬甸等9個國家，以觀察員身份觀摩演習，只是觀看，並不直接參與。

三個層次中，美國和泰國親疏有別。僅就在核心圈中的7個直接參演國家分析就可以看出一些玄機。把美國、日本、韓國這三個國家排除在外，剩下的泰國、印度尼西亞、馬來西亞和新加坡四個國家，通過地圖就可以想起五個字，那就是“馬六甲海峽”。

這四個國家，正好分別在南北兩面，對馬六甲海峽形成了一個圍堵之勢。再加上日本和韓國兩個東北亞國家，也是美國在亞太地區的最鐵桿盟友，再加上美國，7國組成了“2012年金色眼鏡蛇”多國軍演的直接參演國，與馬六甲海峽之間的關係，顯而易見。

此前幾天，印度剛剛拉著14個國家，在馬六甲海峽西出口，安達曼群島和尼科巴群島之間，進行了一次以反海盜反恐為主題的軍事演習。

無論是印度軍演，還是正在進行的美、泰等7國“金色眼鏡蛇”聯合軍演，都把馬六甲海峽這條咽喉要道，放在了一個非常重要的地位。

此外，美國在今年1月5日，剛剛提出以亞太為中心的新軍事戰略。美國掌控亞太地區，特別是西太平洋、東南亞地區的企圖非常明確。

可以看出，美國目前正在一步一步的將計劃落到實處，正在圍繞全球16處海上咽喉要道，不斷排兵布陣。

One mother, whose 13-year-old daughter was given the implant, has called the scheme "morally wrong".

She claimed the school had gone ahead without consulting their family doctor.

The woman, who wished to remain anonymous, said the pupils had to simply fill out a questionnaire about their medical history.

They then underwent a consultation with health experts before receiving the contraceptive but there was a lack of follow-up appointments.

She said: "I feel really angry about this.

"I agree that teaching teenagers about sexual health and contraception is very important but this is a step too far.

"To perform a minor surgical procedure on school grounds, without parents knowing is morally wrong.

"I'm told a long list of checks were made before she had this implant but how many 13-year-olds are aware of their full medical history?

"I cannot understand how this is allowed to happen.

"Teenagers have the right to protect themselves and she did the right thing by seeking advice but to not be checked after such a procedure is totally wrong.

"Luckily I now know but many other parents are unaware their daughter has one.

"I have spoken to a lot of parents at the school and they were horrified to find out this was happening.

"As parents we want to protect our children and I feel that has been taken away from me."

Alan Whitehead, Labour MP for Southampton Test, has now been asked to look into the matter.

He said: "This contraceptive implant clearly requires a surgical procedure which ought to be undertaken in suitable and appropriate conditions.

"I am not sure whether the services that are being offered at the moment enable this it happen and that is what I am going to be looking into."

Health chiefs have defended the scheme, insisting letters were sent to all parents at participating schools in 2009 when the service was launched.

It was then left to individual schools to inform parents of all future students joining, either by letter or in the prospectus.

They also say reports are showing that teenage pregnancies have dropped by 22 per cent since sexual health services went in to schools.

In Southampton there were as many as 136 pregnancies among 13 to 15 year olds in 2001 and 2003, this fell to 106 in 2007-2009.

A spokeswoman for Solent NHS Trust and NHS Southampton said: "We are committed to ensuring local young people are able to access clinically appropriate sexual health support.

"This helps them to avoid unwanted pregnancies and protect themselves from sexually transmitted infections.

"One element of this is commissioning a sexual health service for young people that is provided in nine secondary schools across the city.

"The service is provided by trained staff and includes offering information, advice and support to students.

"It also includes chlamydia screening, condom distribution, pregnancy testing, providing a range of contraception methods and referral to other services.

"Since the service was introduced there has been a reduction in the number of under 16-year-olds who have become pregnant.

"The service is provided by Solent NHS Trust which undertakes detailed medical assessments for all patients attending any sexual health clinic.

"In addition, all young people under the age of 16 who visit sexual health services receive a full risk assessment.

"This is over and above national guidance and meeting all legal requirements."

The online edition of Haaretz Newspaper in Israel is reporting that a deployment of 15,000 elite Iranian soldiers trained in unconventional warfare have just recently arrived in Syria to help the Assad regime crush the violent uprising.

The news comes as Russia and China vetoed a U.N. security council resolution to condemn Assad’s tactics in crushing the rebellion. Non-stop video footage of the tactics shown repeatedly on western media outlets has showed repeated mortar assaults on what appears to be civilian housing. Those media reports came along with a disclaimer that the authenticity or claims in the video can not be verified because media outlets are banned from entering Syria.

Another interesting story here is for Iranian troops to have just entered Syria, almost at the same time of the U.N. resolution vote, Iran must have deployed their troops some time ago. Clearly, the U.S. and their allies would have known of about the movement of Iranian troops.

Had the U.N. resolution passed, Iran would have inadvertently acted in violation the U.N. resolution, possible giving the west an excuse to launch attacks against Iran. Perhaps this is part of the reason China and Russia vetoed the resolution.

Prominent Syrian lawmaker says the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard’s elite Quds Force has recently arrived in the country to help manage Assad’s regime brutal suppression of a 11-month-long popular unrest.
A top Iranian military official is actively aiding the regime of Syrian President Bashar Assad in suppressing popular unrest throughout the country, a top member of the National Syrian Council said on Monday.

According to the Syrian official, Kassam Salimani, commander of the Quds Force, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard special forces unit, has arrived in Syria recently and has taken up a spot in the war room which manages army maneuvers against opposition forces.

The war room is also reportedly populated by Assad himself, as well as his brother Maher, brother-in-law Assaf Shaukat and cousin Rami Makhlouf, with the Syrian chief of staff’s authority reportedly restricted and divided up between other military commanders.

The Quds Force includes 15,000 elite soldiers who operated, among other locations, in Iraq during the war, and the specialty of which is engaging in unconventional warfare on foreign soil. Among other duties, the Quds Force is in charge of traning and funding Hezbollah.

Salimani’s presence in Syria serves as an indication of the kind of battle that Assad is planning against opposition forces, with the Syrian army reportedly planning to wage all out war against the rebel city of Homs.

According to the report, the Syrian president’s goal is to gain ground ahead of a planned visit by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, who will be arriving in the country along with a military delegation which includes the head of Russian intelligence.

Assad’s aim, sources say, is to display his control of the situation and his ability to suppress the unrest, with the determining battles to be staged in Homs and in the reoccupation of the town of Zabadani, which fell to Free Syria Army forces.

An Al-Arabiya report indicated that the battle over Zabadani has already begun, with Syrian soldiers defecting to the opposition along with eight tanks, and that Homs has been placed under a siege which has included the cutting of electricity and water supplies.

The report also claimed that the Syrian army for the first time has been using rockets in order to target houses as well as mortars to hit populated areas. So far, 60 people were reportedly killed and hundreds wounded in this battle, as well as reports of the demolition of seven houses, residents and all.

Syrian opposition organizations that are active internationally are currently trying to gain a political front bypassing the UN Security Council, where a resolution underwritten by the Arab League failed due to Russian and Chinese vetoes on Saturday.

At this stage, opposition leaders are trying to find a way forward, as it is clear that Turkey and the Arab states oppose military action against the Assad regime, and the imposing of economic sanctions will not stop Assad.

Facing Russia and Chinese opposition, and the Iranian threat to open a new front, there is doubt whether a western coalition will agree to act directly against Syria. The question is whether the Free Syrian Army will be able to get additional military assistance, and to arm itself with heavy artillery, tanks and shells so that it will be able to pose a real challenge to the Syrian army, and change the civilian resistance into a real military struggle, much like the rebel forces in Libya.

Along with the Syria Free Army’s attempts to increase the number of defectors from the Syrian military, the opposition is also considering offering the minority Alawite elite guarantees of their safety in exchange for ordering Alawites to leave the regime and join the civilian resistance.

Parallel to these efforts, however, the opposition seems to be facing a new and violent civilian group that is comprised mainly of Syria’s Kurdish minority. This group is working as strongmen for the regime, both in Damascus and in Kurdish population centers.

　　最近，極端嚴寒天氣成為了世界性的共同話題。一張張照片令人觸目驚心：意大利威尼斯結冰的河流，瑞士日內瓦湖畔冰凍的汽車，日本滿天的飛雪......對於歐洲和世界其他地區出現的嚴冬，各國科學家從不同角度給出了說法。

　　中國科學家：北極冷空氣導致嚴冬天氣

　　據新華社報道，中國氣象科學研究院研究員陸龍驊對極寒天氣給出的解釋是：今年北極“濤動”指數呈現負值，即北極地區比北極以外地區的氣壓高，北極地區的冷空氣因此擴散到北極以外地區，導致歐洲和東亞各地出現嚴寒天氣。

　　然而，對未來的氣候變化走向，氣象專家們則分歧很大，出現了地球“繼續變暖”和“進入小冰河期”兩種截然不同的判斷。對此，記者採訪到的權威氣象專家們也談了自己的看法。

　　中國氣象局國家氣候中心高級工程師王啟?等不少氣象專家認為，當前歐亞地區出現的極寒天氣並不意味著全球氣候變暖趨勢發生變化。相反，全球變暖正是引起此次極寒天氣的深層次原因。王啟?說，由於全球升溫，特別是北極升溫顯著，北極海冰融化造成北極高度場升高，才導致近期北極冷空氣向中高緯度地區擴散。

　　王啟?表示，考察全球變暖的時間尺度，不能隻看幾年的時間，至少要看30年平均的變化。“從1971年到2000年，我們看到全球變暖是確定的，大概每十年升高0.19攝氏度，但是氣溫的上升軌跡不會是一條直線，而是波動式上升，中間也會出現偶爾個別地區短期內變冷的時候”。專家們認為，此次歐亞極寒天氣就屬於個別偶發現象，不能成為判斷長期氣候變冷的風向標。

　　世界氣象組織：歐亞寒潮源於北極濤動變化

　　世界氣象組織7日在日內瓦發布的消息說，根據成員氣象組織提供的信息，近期歐亞大陸部分中緯度地區出現的寒冷天氣與北極地區大氣環流現象——“北極濤動”的變化密切相關。

　　通常，北極地區冬季受低氣壓系統支配，而中緯度地區受高氣壓支配。此時，北極濤動處於正位相，限制了極地冷空氣向南擴展。但世界氣象組織表示，近一段時間以來，北極濤動處於負位相，導致冷空氣南侵至歐亞大陸中緯度地區，而暖空氣則北上北極地區，出現“南寒北暖”局面。

　　受此影響，歐洲地區近期持續低溫。拉脫維亞、白俄羅斯、波蘭、烏克蘭等國出現零下30攝氏度的低溫，俄羅斯北部部分地區氣溫一度降至零下37攝氏度。德國東部不少地區氣溫降至零下20攝氏度以下，西歐一些地區則出現零下10至15攝氏度的低溫。此外，東亞北部和中亞大部分地區氣溫也較常年偏低。

　　與之相反的是，北大西洋、冰島至北極地區氣溫偏高。位於北冰洋的斯瓦爾巴群島近期連續出現零上5攝氏度的氣溫，高於地中海沿岸的米蘭和伊斯坦布爾等地。北美地區氣溫也較常年偏高。

　　世界氣象組織表示，類似現象在過去10年中曾數次發生，歐洲在2009年至2010年的冬季就經歷了類似的寒潮天氣。

　　日機構：拉尼娜現象等綜合原因致日本嚴寒

　　對於目前侵襲日本的寒潮成因，日本氣象廳認為，這裡既有西伯利亞高壓的影響，也有拉尼娜現象的干擾。日本海洋研究開發機構認為，氣候變暖導致北極地區海冰減少，也間接導致了嚴寒。

　　日本氣象廳日前指出，日本及其附近從去年12月后半期開始，就受到西伯利亞高壓的影響，持續處於冬季型氣壓支配下。此外，拉尼娜現象也加劇了寒潮的嚴重程度。

　　拉尼娜現象是指赤道太平洋東部和中部海水大范圍持續異常變冷的現象。日本氣象廳說，受拉尼娜現象影響，菲律賓周邊海域的水溫反而上升，大氣變暖，大氣對流活動增強，從西向東的偏西風——“副熱帶急流”被向北擠壓，緩慢行進。同時，本來應該位於高緯度的另一股偏西風“極鋒急流”大幅向南行進。在日本附近上空，兩股偏西風合流，吸引北極周邊的寒潮南下，從北方和西方覆蓋日本。自1月23日起，日本一直受其強烈影響。

　　日本海洋研究開發機構的報告則揭示了另一個強烈制冷的原因。該機構指出，氣候變暖使北極圈內巴倫支海的海冰減少，造成低氣壓北移，西伯利亞高壓范圍擴大，形成強冷空氣掃過日本，使日本進入嚴冬。

從美國在聯合國決議的表現觀其“反人類”本性

歷史上從來沒有一個像美國這樣的國家，置所謂“國家利益”於全人類共同利益之上，肆意踐踏人類文明數千年進步所建立起的道德標準，並標榜自己是“文明的方向”、“自由民主”的聖殿。實際上，美國為推行霸權在世界各地犯下的罪行遠超過二戰的德意日。幾十年來，美國在各地輸出恐怖，到處販賣軍火，為一己私利挑起戰爭發動戰爭，隨意發起經濟制裁，在全世界掀起顛覆不符合美國利益的“敵對政權”的顏色革命，世界有目共睹。例如2011年美國宣布從伊拉克撤軍，但是請看看美國在伊拉克的“碩果”：截止2009年，美軍已造成235萬名伊拉克平民喪生，僅2009年數月就有34313名平民喪生，2010年初又有4500名平民喪生。然而奧巴馬居然厚顏無恥地宣稱：“他們推翻了實行恐怖統治的政權；幫助伊拉克人抓住了創造更美好未來的機會”。

以美國為首的北約2011年以虛偽的“人道主義干涉”為由挑起了對利比亞的軍事干預戰爭，至今利比亞人民仍處於動盪與不安的境地。利比亞戰爭結束之後，美國立即把目光盯向伊朗和敘利亞，欲掃除橫亙在美國控制中東棋盤上的兩顆絆腳石。

聯合國安理會2012年2月4日就敘利亞問題決議草案進行表決，俄羅斯和中國對決議草案投了反對票，否決了由摩洛哥提交的、西方國家及有關阿拉伯國家等共同起草的涉敘決議草案。中國和俄羅斯雙雙行使否決權表示了國際上希望敘利亞和平穩定的主流聲音，以維護聯合國的公平公正。然而此舉卻引發了美國的強烈不滿。美國常駐聯合國代表賴斯說，該決議草案被否決使得安理會不能就解決敘利亞問題達成一致。

由此筆者便從網絡上蒐集了美國在聯合國決議問題上的一些“清單”和典型案例，發現美國在聯合國多次行使否決權，從中可以非常清晰地看出美國到底在全世界推銷了什麼，造成了什麼：是和平還是戰爭，是民主還是動盪，是自由還是分裂。

先舉出一些經典案例，通過此可以發現美國不僅在聯合國頑固地以自身利益為基準，而且經常無視安理會的決議隨心所欲地在世界“行動”，鮮明地揭示了美國的“反人類”本性。美國在伊拉克戰爭的“變色龍”滑稽表演 80年代，聯合國對薩達姆•侯賽因使用化學武器表示關注。1986年3月21日，安理會主席聲明稱：“專家們一致認為，伊拉克軍隊曾多次對伊朗軍隊使用化學武器，安理會成員對此表示深切關注……安理會成員強烈譴責這種連續使用化學武器的行為，這種行為嚴重違反1925年日內瓦公約關於禁止在戰爭中使用化學武器的規定。”（S/17911and Add. 1, 21 March 1986）美國對發表該聲明投了反對票。 2003年，美國以伊拉克薩達姆政權擁有大規模殺傷性武器和支持“基地”組織為由入侵伊拉克，美軍所到之處，都把尋找大規模殺傷性武器的實驗室或工廠作為重要目的之一。

但7年多以來，美國未能找到大規模殺傷性武器，也沒有找到薩達姆政權與“基地”組織及其首腦拉登的證據。這場戰爭沒有得到聯合國的批准，小布什政府繞開聯合國，組成32國聯盟打擊伊拉克，造成伊拉克無數人無家可歸。美國從不在乎對抗全球經聯合國教科文組織(UNESCO)全體大會2011年10月31日在巴黎總部投票表決，巴勒斯坦31日被正式接納為該組織正式會員國。巴勒斯坦外長馬勒基說：“這次投票將有助於彌補巴勒斯坦人民所受到的不公正待遇。”以色列、美國、加拿大、澳大利亞與德國投了反對票。美國以色列將拒絕繳納約8000萬美元的會費作為威脅和抗議。

以強凌弱是美國的常用手段 2011年10月25日聯大當天就古巴提交的名為《必須終止美國對古巴的經濟、商業和金融封鎖》的決議草案進行投票表決，要求美國立即結束對古巴實行的長達近半個世紀的經濟、貿易和金融封鎖。聯大193個會員國中，共有191個國家參加投票，其中186個國家投票表示支持，投反對票的只有美國和以色列。這是聯大連續20年通過此類決議。美國拒絕接受聯合國人權建議 2011年3月18日聯合國人權理事會通過對美國人權普遍定期審議最後文件，美國拒絕接受審議中的多數建議，受到各國批評。

聯合國人權理事會負責普遍定期審議工作組去年首次審議美國人權狀況，近60個國家代表發言，所提建議達到創紀錄的228項，美國最終只接受40多項。操縱聯合國對利比亞實行所謂“人道主義干涉” 聯合國安理會1973號決議授權，該決議同意在利比亞設立“禁飛區”，准許成員國採取一切必要手段保護平民。聯合國安理會沒有直接選擇北約，它將選擇留給任何“授權的成員國，以國家的形式、或者通過地區合作、或者其他別的形式（採取乾涉行動）”。這成為美國等解釋其“軍事干預”而無需顧及國際正義的幌子。以美國為首的北約所謂的“保護責任”事實上是為了推翻卡扎菲政權，建立一個親西方的政權。在北約使用其真正的“殺傷性武器”進行無度轟炸的6個月裡，利比亞平民傷亡巨大，原有的社會結構被摧毀，是人所共知的反人道主義行動。

Sure, it is the nation’s founding document and sacred text. And it is the oldest written national constitution still in force anywhere in the world. But its influence is waning.

A quarter-century later, the picture looks very different. “The U.S. Constitution appears to be losing its appeal as a model for constitutional drafters elsewhere,” according to a new study by David S. Law of Washington University in St. Louis and Mila Versteeg of the University of Virginia.

The study, to be published in June in The New York University Law Review, bristles with data. Its authors coded and analyzed the provisions of 729 constitutions adopted by 188 countries from 1946 to 2006, and they considered 237 variables regarding various rights and ways to enforce them.

There are lots of possible reasons. The United States Constitution is terse and old, and it guarantees relatively few rights.

The commitment of some members of the Supreme Court to interpreting the Constitution according to its original meaning in the 18th century may send the signal that it is of little current use to, say, a new African nation. And the Constitution’s waning influence may be part of a general decline in American power and prestige.

In an interview, Professor Law identified a central reason for the trend: the availability of newer, sexier and more powerful operating systems in the constitutional marketplace. “Nobody wants to copy Windows 3.1,” he said.

In a television interview during a visit to Egypt last week, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg of the Supreme Court seemed to agree. “I would not look to the United States Constitution if I were drafting a constitution in the year 2012,” she said. She recommended, instead, the South African Constitution, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms or the European Convention on Human Rights.

The rights guaranteed by the American Constitution are parsimonious by international standards, and they are frozen in amber. As Sanford Levinson wrote in 2006 in “Our Undemocratic Constitution,” “the U.S. Constitution is the most difficult to amend of any constitution currently existing in the world today.” (Yugoslavia used to hold that title, but Yugoslavia did not work out.)

Other nations routinely trade in their constitutions wholesale, replacing them on average every 19 years. By odd coincidence, Thomas Jefferson, in a 1789 letter to James Madison, once said that every constitution “naturally expires at the end of 19 years” because “the earth belongs always to the living generation.” These days, the overlap between the rights guaranteed by the Constitution and those most popular around the world is spotty.

Americans recognize rights not widely protected, including ones to a speedy and public trial, and are outliers in prohibiting government establishment of religion. But the Constitution is out of step with the rest of the world in failing to protect, at least in so many words, a right to travel, the presumption of innocence and entitlement to food, education and health care.

It has its idiosyncrasies. Only 2 percent of the world’s constitutions protect, as the Second Amendment does, a right to bear arms. (Its brothers in arms are Guatemala and Mexico.)

The Constitution’s waning global stature is consistent with the diminished influence of the Supreme Court, which “is losing the central role it once had among courts in modern democracies,” Aharon Barak, then the president of the Supreme Court of Israel, wrote in The Harvard Law Review in 2002.

Many foreign judges say they have become less likely to cite decisions of the United States Supreme Court, in part because of what they consider its parochialism.

“America is in danger, I think, of becoming something of a legal backwater,” Justice Michael Kirby of the High Court of Australia said in a 2001 interview. He said that he looked instead to India, South Africa and New Zealand.

Mr. Barak, for his part, identified a new constitutional superpower: “Canadian law,” he wrote, “serves as a source of inspiration for many countries around the world.” The new study also suggests that the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, adopted in 1982, may now be more influential than its American counterpart.

The Canadian Charter is both more expansive and less absolute. It guarantees equal rights for women and disabled people, allows affirmative action and requires that those arrested be informed of their rights. On the other hand, it balances those rights against “such reasonable limits” as “can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society.”

There are, of course, limits to empirical research based on coding and counting, and there is more to a constitution than its words, as Justice Antonin Scalia told the Senate Judiciary Committee in October. “Every banana republic in the world has a bill of rights,” he said.

“The bill of rights of the former evil empire, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, was much better than ours,” he said, adding: “We guarantee freedom of speech and of the press. Big deal. They guaranteed freedom of speech, of the press, of street demonstrations and protests, and anyone who is caught trying to suppress criticism of the government will be called to account. Whoa, that is wonderful stuff!”

“Of course,” Justice Scalia continued, “it’s just words on paper, what our framers would have called a ‘parchment guarantee.’ ”
