The Vatican is Preparing Confirmation of Alien Life
On the UFO and scientific communities but also among the Christians, word goes, that Pope Francis is aware of the aliens in the universe and is preparing a major speech about the alien life and the theological implications of the first contact with an alien intelligent species.
Rosana Ubanell from Voxxi News, reports that given the advances in technology and scientific research methods, the Pope wants to be ready when the first contact will happen.
Ubanell says that the details about the Pope Francis statement about intelligent alien life and first contact have not been yet disclosed, and, on the other hand, the interest of the Vatican in aliens and astrobiology is well known and that Vatican Observatory has sponsored a few international conferences about astrobiology.
The Jesuit Father Guy Consolmagno has won the Carl Sagan Science Medal from The American Astronomic Society. Father Guy is also an astronomer and a supporter of the idea that the universe is full of intelligent extraterrestrial life.
In 2008, in an interview about the intelligent extraterrestrial life, in L’Osservatore Romano, Father Gabriel Funes, also a Jesuit, revealed for the first time the interest of the Vatican for the possibility of alien intelligent life in cosmos.
In this interview, called “The extraterrestrial is my brother”, Funes said that he believes that an intelligent extraterrestrial civilization may very well be more ethically evolved than us.
He also says that the aliens may not have experienced The Fall, that is possible that they are free from the Original Sin. Further, Funes explains: As we have many species of animals here on Earth, is also possible that in the great universe are many species of aliens, and this doesn’t come in contradiction with our faith because you can’t put a limit in God’s creativity.
Christianity can also be exported to aliens worlds, Funes says.
Father Consolmagno was a featured speaker at an astrobiology symposium, organized by NASA and the Library of Congres, called “Preparing for discovery-A Rational Approach to the Impact of Intelligent Life beyond Earth”.
The topic of Father Consolmagno was: “Would You Baptize an Extraterrestrial?”
Not all the Christians will welcome a statement from Pope Francis, welcoming the extraterrestrials and calling them brothers.
Chris Putnam and Tom Horn, authors of Exovaticana, says that Pope Francis is preparing the Catholic church to embrace the idea of intelligent extraterrestrial life and the idea that they, eventually, will have to be baptized.
They claim that there has already been the first contact in 1950, and a second in 1960. They also claim that, eventually, there will be a war between those who accept the aliens as brothers in Christ and those who don’t.
Thank God, The Vatican has an open-minded about the intelligent aliens and will know what to do when the time comes in order to avoid a fight among Christians, among believers and non-believers.
