12-year old Maddie de Garay was excited to be part of the Covid vaccine trial. 

12 歲的 Maddie de Garay 懷著興奮的心成為冠狀疫苗試驗的部份。

Her parents are in medicine & engineering and wanted their kids to help bring an end to the pandemic. 

她的父母從事醫學界和工程學界，及想過要他們的孩子來幫助結束疫情。

But now, Maddie is in a wheelchair and needs a feeding tube. They want her to be believed.

After being part of a Covid vaccine trial for 12-15 year-olds, Maddie has been to the ER 9 times and hospitalized 3 times for a total of 2 months. 

在成為針對 12-15 歲少年人的冠狀疫苗試驗的部份後，Maddie 已經去過急症室 9 次和住院 3 次，總共 2 個月。

Doctors even wanted to put her in a mental hospital saying her symptoms were caused by anxiety.

醫生甚至想要把她送進精神病院，說她的症狀是由焦慮引起(而與疫苗無關)的。

All they are asking for is the chance to be seen, heard and believed. They were first in line to get the vaccine, even participating in clinical trials. But now they say the medical community has turned their back on them after adverse reactions.
