"Department of Homeland Security Insider Threat and Mitigation Act of 2017" rebranded as HR 666. The end of the 1st Amendment along with any illusion of "Whistle Blower Protections". The gov't can do what ever it wants and if you speak out against this, or reveal evidence of crimes being committed -  then you are the "insider threat"...
