一如所言,香港的恐怖時代快將臨到

恐怖時代，而你有睇開《民主宣言》都知我唔做標題黨的。
Time of Terror, and you know, dear readers, that yours truly never uses click-baits.

8月12日機場集會，但下午時，港澳辦發言人楊光說出了一組關鍵字「恐怖主義的苖頭」，而當晚劉細良節目《三不館》就已經將「新疆模式」勾勒出來了。這和我所想像的完合吻合，也能解釋到很多奇怪的現象，一切也變得合乎套路。

「恐怖主義的苖頭」就是「亮劍」，是說明了各省市應對和國家安全局的應對級數，這便使廣東武警混入警員、警員過份武力，及使用黑幫輔助，這些東西都變得易於理解。也是劉細良的論點：警察的行動是「震懾」，而不再是「執法」或純粹的「驅散」。所以胡椒和老催(淚煙)都會以毒氣攻擊的性質使用，各類子彈都是以「震懾」為原則。因為他們的Casus Belli(戰因)是「反恐」，用這個名義去以武力統治香港，走新疆模式，實行一國兩疆。
"Sprout of Terrorism" means "showing fangs". It defines the provincial and national reactive tiers, that Cantonese police mixing up into local Police, excessive use of force, and Triad collusion all seem to fall into the puzzles. This is also Simon Lau's argument: the doctrine is now "Dread", not "enforcement" or "dispersal". Pepper and Tear Gas are used with the tactic of poison gas. All the bullets are shot with "Dread" as the principle. Their Casus Belli (cause of war) is now "anti-Terrorism", and therefore this will become the governing ethic - Martial rulership. "One-Country-Two-Xinjiangs".

「恐懼戰略」將會是來緊至少兩個月的基本方針。所有的前線行動都係以「震懾」為目的，所以必定是誇張手段、暴武風氣(指警隊內的「光榮」觀念，見以前文章)、性暴力(騷擾女性)、物理暴力、甚至會再度出現對神明暴力(褻瀆)。
"Fear Campaign" will be the policy in the coming, at least, two months. All the frontline actions will always be about "Dread". And therefore, there will always be overtension, brutality (referring to the sense of "glory" within the Police Force, see previous articles), sexual violence (harassing women), physical violence, and, even, violence against deity (blasphemy) again.

另一方面，是警隊的「文」部門，將會獲得至高無上的權力，可以任意取得所有監控鏡頭資料。鏡頭當然沒有人臉辨識，因為鏡頭只是鏡頭。但鏡頭可以任意由警隊索取，然後在警隊內的超級電腦計算、建立及使用任何其他機構的資料庫(包括醫管局)，作人臉辨識，進行大搜捕。搜捕的都馬上以閃電速度定罪、上庭、判案。即使法官界別不是完全淪陷，只有百分幾十的入罪率，也足夠達到「震懾」。
And on the other hand, the "literate" departments of the Police Force, will be granted supreme power. They will be able to arbitrarily get any camera footage. Of course, the cameras (and CCTV) themselves don't have Face Recognition. But when the footage can be just given to the Police, the Police will be able to use their super computer, connected to all databases (including the Hospital Authority's), to run Facial Recognition, and then "Search and Arrest". The arrested will be prosecuted with lightning speed, charged, tried and sentenced. Even if not all judges have succumbed to Sinophilia, even if there are only a few tens out of a hundred cases being convicted, it serves "Dread".

而香港當然不是新疆，香港的確是有些不同的，但基本套路沒改變。
But of course, Hong Kong is not Xinjiang. But the patterns don't change.

警察會繼續升級武力的，目的當然是殺人。但是有進程的，就和納粹黨招募回來的猶太警官一樣，初時是把權力給他們，令他們覺得高人一等。然後要他們說其他猶太人是蟑螂，開始用「非致命」的暴力去對待其他猶太人，慢慢升級後，把猶太人運進毒氣室殺死時，這些猶太警官也有份兒的。馬上叫香港警察殺人，當然拒絕。但武力升級至一個麻木水平了，就會開始殺人。射盲眼，這是明顯的意圖。疼痛、損傷、傷殘、失救致死、直接致死，這個等級是會上升的，但不知會升到什麼位置而止息。
The Police will further escalate, and the final goal will be massacre. But it has a progression, the same to the Jewish police enlisted by the Nazi. First, they gave them power, so that they felt superior to their Jewish fellows. Then, they started calling other Jews "Cockroaches", and started treating them with "non-lethal" violence against these other Jews. Slow escalating, when the Jews were sent to the gas chambers, these Jewish police also played a part. When you want the Hong Kong Police to kill, if course they would just refuse. But then, when they become numb to the shocks after escalating forces, they will start killing. Blinding the paramedic lass, this is a clear intent of killing. Pain, damage, mutilation, death on operation table, and finally death on scene. This is the progression. We don't know when it will stop.

而今年十月一日將會是中國國慶七十週年，就代表超越了蘇聯六十九年的國祚。當然，必須要洗太平地，給習近平萬邦來朝、盛世如花的光景。
And on 1st October this year, it is going to be the 70th Anniversary of the People's Republic of China. It means it has surpassed the USSR's 69 years. Xi will be presented with a "cleaned Hong Kong" in his triumphant.

但我們的社運呢？我們的社運還有希望嗎？有的：林鄭月娥。
But what about our struggles? Do we yet still have hope? Yes. Lam-Cheng.

林鄭月娥是我們最後的希望，因為她的嘴臉，是會令香港人團結的。「恐懼戰略」能把不團結的散砂打散，但不能把已經團結起來的香港人打散。
Lam-Cheng is our last hope. Her pride is the binding force of all Hongkongese - that we now stand unified. "Fear Campaigns" work well against scattered folks. But then, we Hongkongese unified, those won't work so well.

然後我們要談論的，是不同的社運戰線：外國戰線(九月大學開學、領事保顧、各國制裁)和本地戰線(地區、行業、法團、學生會，要落區)。無大台原則，就是要廣開接觸面，讓所有在位的人能在位有所發揮。不要叫老人搬運、不要叫少年人談人生經驗，各司各職，全面合法非衝突的反抗，在自己的位置上發功。如何發功？你自己知道。但文宣的人可以給行業和地區建議，廣開反抗的路線。沒大台，就是沒人carry，新手村是新手們一起組隊解新手任務的，不要等大台的人carry你。
And next, what we should start discussing are the different fronts of the struggle: Foreign lines (Universities commence in September, Consulate protections, Sanctions), local lines (districts, disciplines, incorporated organisations, student's unions and so on, need to be contacted). The principle of "No Big Stage" means we need to get a larger surface area, and let people act within their positions. Don't ask old men to move stuff, and don't ask youngsters to talk about old times. Do what you are good at. Full frontal, non-conflicting and legal fights, and start working at one's own positions. How? You know your own roles. But the Cultural Fosterers can give disciplines and districts opinions, and start new fronts. No Big Stage, means no one carries you. The Beginner's Village is for Beginners to solve Beginner's Missions together, not for waiting for the "Big Brother" to carry you.
