A little-known plant with a truly bizarre name is now making headlines as a cancer killer, with the compound of the plant vanishing tumors in mice with pancreatic cancer. Known as the ‘thunder god vine’ or lei gong teng, the Chinese plant is actually integrated into Chinese medicine and has been used for ages in remedying a number of conditions including rheumatoid arthritis. 一種有真正奇怪的名字而鮮為人知的植物，現在作為癌症殺手成為頭條新聞，以該植物的化合物消散有胰腺癌的小鼠的腫瘤。被稱為'雷公藤'，該中國植物實際上融合於中國藥物及很久以來，已被用於包括類風濕關節炎等的多種徵狀。
