Remember, the Hammer program has been used NATIONALLY to siphon votes from each county- this was footage from ONLY two States.
Dennis Montgomery designed the Hammer software and its application Scorecard for the Dept of Defense. His work was then hi-jacked by Brennan, redesigned as *Hammer lll* and used against US citizens to surveil and steal their votes. It was then sold to China.
He is currently under a gag order but if lifted, Montgomery's testimony alone could prove foreign interference as well as take Brennan, Comey, and Clapper down.
