美國CEO招聘意欲創3年新高

一項調查顯示，有意招聘人手的美國大企業CEO數目創下自2007年中以來最高水平，顯示企業對經濟復蘇的信心正在升溫。

由多間大企業組成的Business Roundtable公布第2季調查，顯示39%的受訪CEO預期將增加人手，而17%則計劃減少僱員，其餘43%維持人數不變。

該比率於2007年7月升至 42%後，美國經濟開始步入衰退，以致有意增加人手的CEO百分比一直下降。

周二，軟件商Adobe Systems表示將重新招聘人手。該公司去年11月才裁減9%僱員，但是5月至今已增聘190職位。

79%的CEO相信，今年下半年的業務將出現增長，更是2006年第2季以來最高的。首季報告的相關比率為73%。
