German police remove hundreds of far-right black wooden crosses symbolizing Germans murdered by foreigners
Police in Germany have removed nearly 200 black crosses put up by far-right activists in the east of the country.
The spray-painted wooden crosses which allegedly mark the lives of Germans murdered by foreigners were fixed to road signs or planted at the roadside, with activists claiming thousands have been killed since 1990.
