I am very disappointed in myself as I have been in the wireless internet industry for years. I always knew that it's not great but people do need connectivity in less densely populated areas.  What I am really disappointed about is the fact that I have known for years that the higher the frequency the worse it is for us. I never thought that 60ghz would be used for connectivity within our immediate surroundings. I started reading about the correlation between Covid 19 and 5G this morning, and I immediately started looking at who is supplying 5g coverage and where. I didn't realise that we have actually started rolling it out in South Africa as we are always the last to get anything. I am so disappointed that we have not been given a proper clear opportunity to be educated, debate and stop the rollout across South Africa. I am highly disappointed in our government to allow Rain to go ahead and launch it before environmental impact studies have been tested properly. I am not saying that I agree or disagree with the theory of Covid 19 and 5g but regardless of this 5g has to be stopped. Even if it means vandalizing equipment in our neighborhoods. This is critical it is terrible and it is our responsibility to protect our selves our children and our neighbours.
