This is what we call the ol' government flip flop... The same people who have done nothing for the past two months and told you not to worry, are now going to tell you that it's actually YOU the people, the same ones that made man made climate change, it is you all who are just not doing what you are told... That's why you need to loose your freedom all together... That's why they need to take such drastic measures. Call a spade a spade, but it is martial law and it must be must be declared for your own good.
See, if you just had of listened then this all could have been avoided, but since you did actually listen but were told to do nothing, and so went about living your life like we were told to do, now it's all your fault. But don't worry, they will borrow billions of dollars to fix the mess you all have made, in the meantime don't f@ck this up any worse then you already have, k? ;)
