技術人員整體評估後總結:

- 雲端系統(甚至後台系統)可以輕易由承辦商之間轉移,例如:由亞馬遜雲端 AWS 至阿里云 AliCloud。
- 政府可以在市民不知情情況下隨時隨意更換承辦商。再者,如承辦商希望賺取政府大筆利潤,他們將聽命於政府各種修改操作。
- 燈柱網路並非封閉網路,任何單位都可以使用系統,包括中共。
- 可遙距索取燈柱影象串聯
- 政府可以跳過承辦商隨時改動燈柱配置及系統
- 後台系統可以按政府期望之功能隨時隨意更改(遙距,市民不知情)
- 政府及專責委員會都不可信,立法會亦失去監察政府功能。
