sponsored by Chip Pearson (R-
Dawsonville), that would protect individuals
from having a microchip implanted on their person.

47-2 on Thursday to approve a bill banning microchipping without consent, now a. misdemeanor
considered assault and battery.

Bill Summary: "A BILL to be entitled an
Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 51 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated,
relating to general provisions regarding torts, so as to prohibit requiring a
person to be implanted with a microchip; to provide for a short title; to
provide for definitions; to provide for penalties; to provide for regulation by
the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners; to provide for related matters;
to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other

With permission, only a doctor can implant microchips. Anyone microchip implanted without their permission is entitled to sue for damages.

Sen. Chip Pearson, who sponsored the bill, reportedly said that it is "a proactive measure aimed at
anticipating technological advances infringing on people's rights."
Sen.
Vincent Fort, one of the two senators who opposed the bill, says it's a
"solution in search of a problem" and a waste of time during the state's budget
crisis.

Greg Nikolettos of "We the People Will Not Be Chpped" stated last week, however, that "history has a funny habit of repeating itself. "This IBM technology gave the fascist, totalitarian state the much needed technology boost to increase it's rate of human data processing.

Jeffrey Grupp, in his book, Corporatism The Secret Government of the New World Order, writes, "RFID chips being planted everywhere and the drive to get all humans 'chipped' with the 'Verichip'" is a governmen planned "atrocity."

Grupp has been an adjunct lecturer at Indiana and Purdue Universities and a Ph.D. candidate in philosophy at Purdue with an MA in philosophy from Western Michigan University, and a BA in anthropology from University of New Mexico. Grupp has published a dozen articles in top philosophy journals on quantum physics, Buddhism, and attacks on metaphysics. He is the originator of the mereological nihilist interpretation of quantum mechanics, a new interpretation of quantum physics meant to replace the largely metaphysical ones offered by Feynman and other physicists. Corporatism is his first publication on economic, anthropological, and political philosophical issues. He has also authored The Telescreen and Telementation.

In a footnote, Grupp adds, "I hold the opinion that humans are going to be, and are currently being, chipped via Morgellons disease. "You can go be implanted if you want," Sen. Pearson told the State Senate last week according to 11Alive News.

"We're just saying no one's going to be implanted against their will."
