Obama admits Americans losing faith in gov't

US President Barack Obama has acknowledged that many Americans no longer believe in his administration and US governments in general.
美國總統奧巴馬已承認,許多美國人一般都不再相信他的政府和美國政府。
Obama admitted that people are deeply suspicious of the administration which came to power on a hope and change platform.
奧巴馬承認,人民對在希望和變化的平台中上台的政府深表懷疑。
Obama made the disappointing comments during a Wednesday speech in the state of Missouri on his endangered health reform plan for which he has been touring to gather support.
奧巴馬作出那失望的評論,於一個在密蘇里州的週三演說中,就他的健康改革計劃,為此他已巡迴去積聚支持。
"People have lost faith in government — they had lost faith in government before I ran (for president), and it has been getting worse," he told a rally in the city of St. Louis.
“人們已對政府 失去信心 - 在我管理前(總統)他們已對政府失去信心,並已經越來越差,”他在聖路易斯市告訴集會羣眾。
The US president is struggling hard to advance his health plan which the Republicans have branded as a large-scale government take-over scheme.
美國總統努力掙紥以推進他的健康計劃,共和黨人已封它為大型的政府接管計劃。
Obama defends the plan saying it helps cut massive long-term deficits. The president wants the House of Representatives to pass the Senate version of the health care bill with fractional amendments.
