A Nepali teenager bidding to become the world's smallest man is going the extra mile to achieve his lifelong dream.
一位尼泊爾少年有望成為世界上最小的男人，正在作最後衝刺去達成他一生的夢想。
Khagendra Thapa Magar, 17, is flying with his father and a supporter to Italy, where they plan to file a claim with Guinness World Records.

Standing just 22in tall, Magar is eight months away from adulthood - and the chance to claim the title of the shortest man in history.

The shortest man ever recorded was Gul Mohammed of India, who measured 22.4in.

22吋高尼泊爾漢爭做全球最矮男

現時《健力士世界紀錄大全》中全世界最矮男子，是身高 73厘米（ 29吋）的中國男子何平平，但這紀錄將可能改寫。在矮處未算矮的情況下，身高僅 56厘米（ 22吋）的尼泊爾男子馬加爾（ Khagendra Thapa Magar），正尋找確認為全球最矮男。
馬加爾現年 18歲，四年前曾尋求《健力士世界紀錄大全》確認他為最矮男，可惜未成年，健力士方面認為他仍有機會長高，所以不接納申請。現在他長大成人，家人決定再接再厲，更到歐洲爭取支持，第一站到了意大利上電視節目。爸爸指，馬加爾出生時，身長僅 15厘米（ 6吋）， 11歲前長到 56厘米，之後再沒長高。
