i was just on spaceweather today and noticed the sun is EXTREMELY active, with three sunspots currently including a Behemoth, sunspot 1045, which is ERUPTING with many "M" class Solar Flares, and there have even been numerous very loud shortwave radio bursts coming from the sun, it looks like we have a very strong chance (70%) for more "M" class Flares in the next 48 hours, even with the possibility(15%) of some "X" class Flares,

after being relatively quit for all of 2009 it seems the sun is coming out with a "bang" in 2010, is it the start of a new Solar Cycle? or is it something bigger? im interested to see if this new activity has any effect on the seismic activity here on earth.
