A bill has been introduced into the US Congress, to strip US citizens accused of terrorist links of their citizenship even before they face trial.
The proposed legislation comes as US officials continue to investigate possible links between New York bomb suspect Faisal Shahzad, and fighters in Pakistan.
一項法案已提交美國國會，剝奪被指控有恐怖主義聯繫的美國公民的公民權，甚至在他們面對審判前。
建議的法例出現正值美國官員，繼續調查紐約炸彈嫌疑人費薩爾 Shahzad和巴基斯坦戰士之間的可能聯繫。

The Washington Post reports the Justice Department “recommended that Congress move swiftly with legislation that would protect the government’s ability to collect a variety of business and credit card records and to monitor terrorism suspects with roving wiretaps” set to expire 31 December 09.
